I purchased my condo last year, and had a leak through my ceiling about 4 months into moving in. My insurance has stated that the building was responsible for the damage to my unit, and they have literally done nothing to remedy the issue. Furthermore, I’ve been having pest problems that I’ve brought up to the office, and they’ve done the bare minimum to the point where I had to bring in an outside contractor for pest control. The front office has been on the north end of useless the entire time.

On top of that, the damage done to my ceiling resulted in the discovery of mold, which caused a health risk to me.

This is the worst place to live at like literally isn’t fasted with every animal you can think of honestly it had snakes, mice, spiders, roaches it was horrible and when I say mice, their mice are so big it’s like they’re feeding on the first floor and then they just come up. The staff is horrible and not helpful very ghetto and uneducated and inappropriate Lack of understanding of how to be professional and to communicate with people who are paying a certain money I feel like when you’re in a certain tax bracket is just like you expect a certain communication a certain speed certain attitude, and here is very low. I left this place so fast it don’t make no sense this place flood every month since I’ve moved in the trash, it was broken the whole time I lived here. I only was there for six months, had to leave like emergency. It was mowed the plumbing, even the staff that they hire like I say they don’t understand the position the plumbers don’t know how to plumb the staff members. Don’t know how to do paperwork and communicate with customers. It is beyond horrible. Honestly, I will say Send everybody back to me or fire everybody and get stuff that’s all that’s like the only option and that whole place to go is trash is shifting all over the world. I like my Wi-Fi. I did not work at all. My gas always got stuck on the elevator. PS be safe out there.

Worst place to live in. My car got broken into I went to the office and asked to see the camera footage to do something about it but they told me I had to bring a police officer with me too see the cameras they didn’t offer to help at all. Management sucks. Drains are always clogged. Dishwasher machine always leaks so much dirty stinky water. Since we moved in almost a year our bathroom sink has been clogged we’ve gone multiple times to ask for them to fix it and they always say they will send someone which never do. Parking lots are always a mess. Trash is everywhere. I always see cars being broken into. They have security guards but they don’t do their job. I always see them in the lobby being in their phone instead of doing their job. Management sucks. I don’t recommend living here. I see leaks around the building. Air conditioners have never worked since we’ve been here. A whole year! And till this day they haven’t fixed them.
