I lived at the mill last year and moved away for work, but when I came back to this area I knew I wanted to try and get another unit here! The location is absolutely beautiful with the river views, the maintenance staff is fantastic, and the amenities are everything I could want. Tierra was absolutely incredible in helping me get a unit in a very short time period, she worked with me and helped me take advantage of a special offer for a specific unit. So looking forward to coming back to the mill once again!

Bruce, the head of maintenance, is truly a godsend and goes the extra, extra mile! My original work order was for my garbage disposal, but I had other issues I was just trying to deal with so as not to be a bother, but he was insistent in the kindest way possible to tackle everything all at once. He even took out a mountain of boxes and garbage he did not have to! I just love the community here!

I’ve lived here for a year, only moving because the rent is increasing outside of my budget. The rent is a bit pricey but worth it, I just can’t handle the increase on a single budget. I’ve never experienced anything negative at this property. Maintenance has always handled any requests promptly. There’s an elevator in Blg D, which is very helpful. I have a river view apartment and it’s amazing! The other tenants are very nice and helpful. Garage parking is available at no charge which is awesome for those hot summer days and cold winter nights. I’ve had packages outside my door for several days when I’ve been gone and nothing has ever gone missing. It’s a gated entrance and pin access doors to get inside so you feel very safe and secure. I will add that becoming a tenant can be very daunting. The app and admin nonrefundable fee is high, and availability is extremely limited, kinda like they keep selling seats on a sold out flight. It took me 4 months, from inquiry to move in, to get in. I would definitely stay on top of the office staff FREQUENTLY (squeaky wheel gets the oil), but once I was in, I couldn’t be happier!

I wasn’t sure if all the 5-star reviews for Bruce the maintenance guy were an exaggeration, because I’ve never lived anywhere where maintenance was super communicative and timely. But in my first two weeks, Bruce has done countless repairs to get my unit back into A+ shape. My move-in experience was a rocky start, but the team at the Lofts has demonstrated nothing but care and concern as they’ve worked to make things right. The paperwork/application process and difficulty making contact over phone/email reliably is no indication of the service they offer in person. Their main priority is their residents—as it should be.

I'm moving out and buying a home. Before i go, i want to make sure that i leave my full review on Tierra from the leasing office. She was more help to me during this time in my renting journey after my divorce than anyone at the lofts. She is always willing to help and does so with a cheery and caring spirit. If you reach out to her, she replies right away and often times when i didn't get a reply from other staff/ management, i knew she would be quick to help so i would reach out to her. Tierra took her own personal time to help with events to build community at the lofts. She went above and beyond in my opinion. She will great you with a smile and say, "Hello, Andrea. How are you today?." As she walks by with prospective renters and she did that with everyone, not just me. She's an asset to your top performing property and i would say she's a big reason for the success. I just wanted you to know.

If I could select more than 5 stars I most definitely would! Bruce Carter has always been quick and efficient every time I’ve had a maintenance issue. He is very knowledgeable and articulate in his work. He always handles requests as if they are an emergency and when on call will be to you in less than 5ms. He’s friendly and super cool and he adds an awesome vibe to the Lofts. I appreciate everything he does for us residents!! Thanks so much Bruce! I appreciate you more than you know!

I don’t think 5 stars is enough for Tiara. She brings a bright and fun energy that is needed in the neighborhood. I love the events she puts together. She really cares about the residents here and it shows.

Bruce, our head of maintenance, does a fantastic job. Anytime I submit a request my maintenance need is always done in a timely manner. Great job Bruce!
