My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have loved it more. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with breathtaking ocean views. Access to the beach and Wailea beach path were so easy and we loved our stay.

Loved our stay at the Polo Beach Club. The views are amazing. We were in a unit that was set back from the beach front (3rd row of units from the beach front). The views were still stunning. The unit had 4 beach chairs, kitchen was fully stocked, and lots of family games. We booked through Hyatt Destination Residences. The unit was rated as a "gold" so it had some updates but not the "platinum" level. Bathrooms were dated but loved the large master shower that had a dual shower head with one being hand held. Large capacity washer and dryer. Nice tvs in each room. Newer appliances. Beds and couch were nice. The pool quickly goes from the steps, to 4 ft deep, and then 6 and 7ft deep so not little kid friendly without some type of floatation device. ||||We loved the beach front. It's not large but wasn't crowded. Felt much more private/quiet than other beaches we visited on the island. The beach had a gradual decline as you enter the water which we loved. Decent snorkeling when it was calm. We saw a variety of fish, an eel, and even had a turtle swim right between us! ||||My only criticism was the unit had an odd mildewy scent for the first day and a half. I was wishing for some type of room air freshener. The unit was very clean despite this. ||||Parking is underground and felt very secure. ||||Would recommend Polo Beach Club and hope to stay again.||||||

We had a family reunion and this was easy to access and had a terrific view! The barbecue area was a fantastic feature. The jacuzzi and pool were steps away. The beautiful beach and||grounds offered options for all of our family. The best part was gathering for sunset. We took our cocktails out to the lounge chairs and were in awe of the||Spectacular colors that lit up the sky, it was truly a trip to remember ! We are all talking about next year and are looking forward to a return vacation.

We've stayed in the Polo Beach Club 3 times in different units. Unit 205 is a good option but, it has issues.||PROS: |Excellent Views|Nice layout|Updated decor|Full kitchen (except oven)||CONS:|Old building, showing it's age. ||It's on the FAR end of the sidewalk. Not really easy to walk to dinner and back at night. ||We were given incorrect gate codes to get in. Finally another car came and we followed them in. ||We called the "24 hour" phone number on the gate and nobody answered.||Once inside our phones went to SOS mode. It's a total dead zone with no cellular. We read all the information cards - no wifi info! Finally we noticed a clear acrylic stand with a QR code "use this for wifi information" noted. We tried this, but the page with the wifi info would not load, probably because it's a dead zone. We called the Coldwell Banker phone - no answer. We emailed them too - nothing. We had to check in with our kids so we had to walk to the nearest hotel to get wifi, to load the page with the wifi information, so we could have service in the condo. WHY not just leave the wifi on a paper on the front table with everything else?||Even once we were connected, we had 1/4 of 1 bar on our phones the whole stay. TERRIBLE WIFI.||This unit has a great view but the lanai (patio) is very shallow - 1 person deep. Fine for two people but, it was smaller than we thought. You could sit 4 people in dining chairs only side by side. ||As other reviews noted, the Master bed is very lumpy.

Really beautiful unit. The best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. Lovely rooms and views and very well appointed. Very nice warm pool and beach on property. Near all the best resorts and restaurants and shopping. Only bummer and unfortunately a big one was the crazy construction noise coming from the drilling being done in the building outside walls and floors. Really bad and not sure it was ever disclosed.

This location is ideal, just steps away from the beach while also at the quiet east-end of resort row. The building is very well maintained with gated access and underground parking. We rented unit 408 which is beautiful and comfortable - would highly recommend it. We will rent at Polo Beach Club again for our next visit to Maui.
