Great experience with these guys! I called several companies out and they all wanted to sell me a new a/c. Well these guys came out and had me up and running in 30 minutes and only charged me $350.00! And said my ac was good for many more years to come! My new ac guys!

I was initally very happy with this company. 8 years ago, after much convincing, I agreed to install a brand new unit. Everything was good. I called few times for service and they came out. However, recently, the service was terrible. In October, 2021, the a/c was repaired and we paid a couple hundred dollars. In February, 2022, it was repaired again for a similar issue and I had to argue with the owner about the price and why wasn't the work guaranteed. He said the part was bad on these units but he still needs to pay for labor and the tech's gasoline for driving to us, etc.
Now, not even a month passed by (March, 2022) and the a/c is not working again. When I called, I was told by the owner that the part was not warranted as the paperwork was not done correctly by me and that he cannot work with me anymore and hung up the phone. Mind you - this is a company we have referred many people to over a period of almost over 10 years. We praised them in every way and now get treated like trash for a repair that they are unable to do correctly. I rarely write reviews but the way things have changed today, it is a warning for people of what is going on out there.

The people at Perfect AC Repair are incredibly nice and PROFESSIONAL. They came quickly and when they said they would, they checked for the unit to install and gave a very reasonable price, came back when they said they would, and finished the job. All in one day. A++++ recommend!
