I’ve been working with Cameron for the last few months trying to get a key figured out for my bike.

I wanted to let you know that he has been so responsive and professional the entire time. Even when I was a jerk and blew up on him when one of the keys didn’t work.

I don’t know how old he is but you have a solid employee working for you there. He wasn’t making any money off what we were doing but he spent a ton of time for the smallest thing and in the end it all gonna work out.

I cant get my local dealer even send me an estimate. So wanted to let you know what you have in an employee.

I just purchased a new Indian Pursuit from these folks and could not be happier with every aspect of the transaction. I knew which bike I wanted so I didn't need not need to visit the showroom. Paul sent me photos of the models he had on the floor, I picked the one I wanted. I did the credit app over the phone and he secured the financing. Everything without leaving my chair. Fast and excellent service. Cam in the parts department has been first rate. Very responsive and knowledgable about some upgrades that I wanted. They delivered my bike in perfect condition and picked up my trade-in. This was a tremendous sales experience. Highly recommend this dealer.

Friendly staff. Busy service and they had me done in a few hours, 50 point inspection, changed a bulb I didn’t know was out. Tightened up the chain. Great regular service, the bike is definitely running better.
The reason for my less than perfect review is about repair service. I need a few little rubber bits, they are broken and wearing out. This is a 2014 motorcycle, less than ten years old. They can’t order the parts. They are a Royal Enfield dealer, if I can’t get it done here, where?
Off to the Internet looking for a fix. Considering I just left a repair shop, not great. I love this bike, but I don’t know how much longer I will be able to keep it going. I want a decent highway bike too, classic 500 cuts out at 70mph. It’s cool and a great first bike, but doesn’t completely fill my needs.

Paul Blouin Performance has amazing service between both the dealership and the auto repair department. I bought my car (a used one) from Brandon four years ago, and it has lasted me so long without any issues.

I just had some repairs done to pass inspection, and Justin is very friendly and straightforward. I am extremely thankful for the top notch service that he and the rest in the repair shop do at Paul Blouin Performance.

Contacted them July 2024 to have a tire ordered for my triumph, they have been contacted multiple times since about when the tire would be there and they kept saying it's been ordered and will take a week or 2. Now it's January 2025 and I still haven't heard anything from them. I ended up ordering a similar tire online since it's not worth waiting for anymore from them.

Issues Encountered:
• Stalling on deceleration, poor gas mileage, and a squealing noise from the rear.
Service Experience:
• Initial service did not resolve issues; bike stalled immediately after pickup.
• A loaner bike performed perfectly, indicating issues with the original.
• Removed power commander improved gas mileage slightly but did not solve stalling.
Customer Service:
• Rude treatment from salesman Mark Columbe and inadequate follow-ups from Paul Blouin.
• Promises to fix issues and return the power commander were not fulfilled.
External Mechanic Findings:
• Misaligned rear brake pads causing squealing.
• Improperly connected digital box under the seat affecting performance.
Out-of-Pocket Costs:
• Spent nearly $1,100 on repairs, with a total investment of almost $8,000.
Conclusion:
• Blouin's Yamaha failed to take responsibility for the issues or additional expenses, leading to a disappointing and unsafe experience.
