Being able to use a loaner vehicle was nice. The mechanic who worked on my car called me when he had completed what I was there for to ask me about other things I may want, before doing any further work. He didn't push any extra things on me. He was able to fix the uneven wear on my brakes, saving me from an expensive break job. Everyone I encountered had good attitudes and were incredibly helpful. I will absolutely return there when my vehicle needs maintenance.

2022 CX9, bought from and serviced by these clowns. See the pictures for the level of quality you can expect from their service department. I'm pretty sure it was intentionally done, whether that is because they thought my girlfriend was too liberal or something, or they wanted to give themselves more work, I'm not sure.

I'm really glad that I took the vehicle for an appraisal at another dealer, because they discovered and notified me of the leak immediately. I told them that the vehicle had just been serviced by Blouins on October 9th, and it must be a simple mistake like a loose drain plug or a double gasketed oil filter.

I watched the tech at the competent dealership pull the access cover for the filter and drain plug and was immediately greeted with the drain plug you could spin with your fingers and the sticker pointing right to their garbage tier work. Having watched them fix the garbage tier work from Blouins from start to finish, I can say with absolute certainty this was done by the technician at Blouins. No one else has worked on the vehicle.

I recommend that you take your money elsewhere, unless you want this to happen to you too.

Buying your first vehicle in the US, especially for new immigrants can be nerve-wracking! After a not so good first impression and experience visiting another Mazda dealership, a friend referred us to Paul Blouin Mazda, where their friend had a wonderful service. And true enough, Paul Blouin Mazda did not disappoint! On his first email, Dustin already offered to schedule us for a test drive. After I communicated with Dustin that we live 40 minutes aways from their dealership and don’t have means of transportation, he immediately offered to have a driver pick us up to come take a look at the vehicles and do a test drive! The other Mazda dealership that we went to did not even want us to test drive any vehicle until after knowing which vehicle we will be approved for the Mazda Program. After we submitted all the requirements, Sam took over in processing our application for the Mazda Program. Sam was very thorough in providing all the information that we need over the phone and email. He kept in touch and provided quick and timely updates on the status of our application, and what Mazda Corporate needs. Upon learning that we did not qualify for the Mazda Program due to changes in the requirements, Sam provided us other options and assured us that he will provide all the help he can give us to get the deal done. Sam has been with us every step of the way as evidence of more than 100 email exchanges and numerous phone calls, helping us with all the things required by the credit union and getting the numbers down to make sure we get the car that we want at the lowest out the door price at possible. On the day that we have to go to the dealership to sign the documents and get the car, Sam informed us that all their drivers are unavailable to pick us up and tried his best to book our family an Uber XL, which unfortunately was unsuccessful. To our surprised, Sam has arranged for us to be picked up by none other than his dad, Paul Blouin! We never expected for the owner of the dealership to drive for 1.5 hours to pick us up and bring us to their dealership! Our experience with speaking with Paul during the drive was very positive. He’s very down to earth and made sure our family very comfortable during the ride! He even took the car to the car wash to show it to our kids and they were very excited and happy with the experience! Paul even spent some time taking care of our kids at the dealership providing them food and drinks, and setting up the TV for them to make them comfortable. Sam was very thorough and efficient from the document signing, explaining all the settings and configurations of the car, and helping us in getting our car insurance. He also helped us in downloading and setting up the My Mazda app on our phones and taught us how to use it. Overall, it was such an amazing and unforgettable experience doing business with Sam and Paul Blouin Mazda! Sam, Paul, Dustin and their team really made all the effort to ensure that we get the car that we like stress free! We’re very happy with our CX-90 and very fortunate that we chose to get it from their dealership! We will definitely make sure that we get our next car from them, and refer all our new immigrant friends to their dealership! Thank you for the best service and more power Paul Blouin Mazda!

Shout out to Paul Blouin Mazda and Gen. Mgr. Brandon O'Clair! Your service team went above and beyond for me and were excellent to deal with. I went in for an oil change, inspection & tire rotation. They found a 3 inch piece of metal embedded in my tire. Being an all wheel drive, that means at least 2 new tires if not 4 (low profile) = $$$. 🤦‍♀️my tires have less than 12,000 miles on them.
They came up with an option for me and sent me away smiling, knowing I'd dodged a bullet & a big tire bill and having a little renewed faith in humanity. They are super thorough, great to deal with and a big reason that I'm on my 3rd Mazda from them. If you're in the market, go see them and tell them I sent you ♡

When I say I have purchased numerous cars, I am not joking. I have worked with all kinds of dealerships, with all kinds of different experiences. But Paul Blouin Mazda has topped them all. The professionalism, teamwork, friendly staff goes beyond no other! None of the nonsense of running back and forth to the manager with an offer and counter offer and final offer etc. One sales person does it all and works hard to get you the best deal possible. Sam Blouin was truly amazing. I've never had such a great deal, quick deal and honest deal in all my years of buying cars. It was a total pleasure!
