If you love Korean corn dogs you have to stop here! I come by here to study sometimes because the atmosphere is quiet and it’s a cute shop.

The workers here are extremely friendly and welcoming and I’ve never had a bad experience coming here.

If you’re a fan of taro milk tea I would definitely recommend coming here. Their tapioca is perfectly soft and not overly chewy.

Wednesday evening was our first time visiting this local sandwich shop since a co-worker recommended it. We ordered our food using 1 of the 2 quick order kiosks. We ordered 2 shredded chicken croissants without the sauce, 1 Thai tea 25% sweetness, 1 Taro tea 25% sweetness, and egg rolls. It was really busy (about 20 people already in the restaurant waiting for their food when we walked in), and more people were coming in, so service was expectedly slow.

It took about 20 minutes for the egg rolls to be ready, and that was provided first (my husband was confused since he thought the rest of the order was forgotten, but unlike other restaurants' take out, Paris Banh Mi will sporadically give you what's ready from the order and not the whole order all at once). The teas and croissant sandwiches were ready after another 15 or so minutes.

The order was correct, and the egg rolls were excellent. The sandwiches were a bit on the oily side for us (maybe it's the butter?), so it wasn't as enjoyable as it could've been. I liked my taro tea, but my husband said that his Thai tea tasted watered down compared to my tea. Not sure we'll have the sandwiches again. Might be back for more of the delicious egg rolls ?

Hope they can figure out a more efficient way to handle takeout orders since giving people parts of their orders can be confusing and while we were there, others were also mystified at first when only their drinks or appetizers were given to them without the cashier saying it was only part of an order.

Side note: parking here is very limited during dinnertime and I suggest walking here vs. driving. Also, during our visit, there was only 1 cashier taking / handing out orders so it wasn't enough staff to handle that amount of people. We felt bad for the person since they also seemed frazzled. Thankfully, there were 2 other employees that walked in just as we were getting the last parts of our order so maybe the short staff issue was just our luck that visit.

Really good price for the portion size. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed with relatively large seating areas. Service was fast and everyone was kind. There's a happy hour as well, buy 2 get 1 free for drinks and corn dogs from 3-6 which is a great deal for college students. As a vegetarian as well I felt I had a variety of choices. Both food and drinks were very tasty.

This restaurant was so cute and delicious!! We were so happy with our visit here because the sandwiches and tea was very good. The staff were very friendly and they were extremely quick! We ordered the Thai tea with boba and it was one of the best we’ve had and it even comes in a cool cup! The sandwich was simply amazing though, the baguette was crunchy and helped to create a delicious texture with the great flavor of the meat and vegetables. We definitely want to return to this location when we are in Gainesville!!

Walking in I immediately notice the amazing pastries for sale. The staff at the counter were welcoming and happy to help a first timer. The food came out quick and was top notch! The ingredients were fresh & tasty. I ordered chicken ramen and my friends got a couple of the Rice dogs. The mozzarella one had the ultimate cheese stretch. Can’t wait to return!

The chocolate mouse cake was moldy. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience was upsetting. I was also visited by a little roach on my table while studying. I’ve gotten the matcha milk tea and taro slush and they were pretty good. I will not be returning, very sad to lose a spot with great study space so close to campus. Just be mindful if you order anything from the bakery case - I didn’t notice till after a bite.

I absolutely loved this place! Took my entire family to try out their baguettes (my co-workers have been raving about their baguette sandwiches for weeks). I tried the B1 and B2 and both were fantastic, very fresh ingredients and super delicious flavors. We shared some desserts as well and they were fantastic! Great spot for the fam, big spacious area and a nice change from the other chains in the spot.

I would not recommended purchasing any baked goods from Paris Bahn Mi. I stopped by to grab a couple of pastries, and it wasn’t until after I left when I looked in the bag that I noticed they were moldy. The red bean pastry was stale and began molding on the opposite corner I ate from.
