Me parecio exelente , a mi y a mi famila nos gusto mucho todo. Los cuartos estaban bien bonitos y comodos. Me gusto mucho que en las mananas daban cafe con pan. Cuando vengamos nos quedaremos aqui de nuevo gracias por aser mis vacaciones exelente:) !

Youll love this place if you love curry, the whole motel reeks of it. When i went to check in here, the owner wasn't available but his mother was asking with his screaming to todler. I was told to come back in 30 minutes about 4 times before i could even talk about a room i paid for the day before. When he (the owner) finally graced is with his presence, i was made aware of the $250 dollar deposit i would have to pay out if i wanted to stay in this maybe 1 star $75 dollar motel. The owner was rude and combative, so i turned the other cheek and wished him a fair and just karma. I would rate this motel two stars except I think the bugs took one of the Stars.
Needless to say I did not stay in the dated and overpriced motel.

This is a great place to stay in Seal Beach. Although the rooms are modest the renovations were well done. Lots of convenience. Receptionists are wonderful. This is a warm and welcoming place. Evening cookies are a treat. We will always stay here when visiting SEAL.

Dogs allowed, very clean and family owned. It's a little older of a place so you have to keep that in mind but the owners keep good care of it.

This is my second time staying here. Both times I have gotten a fairly spotless, decent room. I don’t remember my front desk experience last time, but this time I will say the guy was very very nice, no problems. The beds are pretty hard, but personally I like them like that. I did not like the smell of whatever they used to clean with, but it was bearable. The heating/cooling unit is kinda loud at least in the last room I had, but other than that, those are my only complaints. The room also comes with a fridge and microwave. You can tell they have done some renovations, and I think it looks very nice for the price. The parking lot is well lit as well which I appreciate. You are also only an 11 minute drive from pismo.
