Annetta was excellent with work with and very knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I probably needed to call her more than 10 times to get information on the spa as well as measurements for the folding cover in order to get the precise measurement for the cement pad I needed. Not once did she get upset and was always very professional. I recommend Pacific 805 and especially Annetta.

We used Pacific 805 to move a hot tub and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, careful and wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the results before they left. Exceptional service!

For anyone who thinks that they can get a group of friends and a truck to move a tub, think twice. Pacific 805 have all of the tools, equipment and experience to do it right. We had some challenges getting the hot tub to the backyard, but they were patient and worked through them. The price was reasonable too.

We were very pleased and grateful to use Pacific 805. When we're in the market for a new tub or need to move one again, they will be the first we call!

Absolutely amazing customer service. These people are honest and competent and trustworthy. They even came and spent their own time diagnosing our tub issue, only to find it was our own electrical wiring that was the problem. I’m so grateful for how they stand behind their product and are willing to do what it takes to get you an awesome hot tub to enjoy!

Great overall experience!! Shopped around for spas for our new back yard and did a lot of research. Once we saw the quality of the product and tested it out we were convinced a Sundance spas was the way to go. Easy to use, maintain and enjoy. We also appreciated the great level of service we received from the staff. They are informative, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Feel very comfortable that this level of service will continue post-sale, which is a huge factor in buying a spa. Would highly recommend to anyone considering or looking for a spa.
