l have been going to OsteoStrong Torrance, California for 2 years now and it has improved my
T Scores for my Osteoporosis. My REM test on 8/24 showed:
Left Hip T-Score -3.8
Right Hip T-Score -3.5
Spine T-Score -2-9

My REM test on 2/18/25 showed
Left Hip T-Score -3.5
Right Hip T-Score 3.5. (Didn’t get worse)
Spine T-Score 2.8

I felt the benefits of OsteoStrong the very first day and each time since. And my annual Dexa scan confirmed its benefits with scientific evidence. This is a definite great addition for everyone once in their 30s when our maturing bones surpass their growing phase. I beg thee not to wait for osteopenia or osteoporosis to already set in. Spectacular. Osteostrong Torrance is a state of the art facility that is guaranteed to build your bone density and drastically make you stronger than EVER. I was greeted very warmly by Gracie, Mauricio, Tracy, and Vanessa.

First, the staff is so amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Second, the resistance machines and the other modalities are progressive and positive for healthy bones and body. Professional athletic teams use these modalities. I always feel good when I leave after a session with Osteostrong. I highly recommend them.
