Great value. Large rooms and kitchen with bedroom and sitting dining area. Large windows. Very comfy bed. Provided coffee grounds for 2 pots for each day of the stay which is unusual. Full refrigerator and easy parking. Only knocks are that the living area furniture is not comfortable and it did not have a smart TV which has become standard. Still a 5/5 and would come back for sure.

My husband, our seven month old Labrador Retriever and I stayed for three nights over Christmas and had a fantastic time. The condo is beautiful and equipped with everything you need and you can’t beat the location and view. The staff was wonderful as were all of the residents we met. Finn, our lab was treated to much attention and petting. The outdoor dog run on the same floor is super convenient if you are traveling with your doggies. We loved being able to take our pup all around downtown and for great walks around the parks. We definitely would love to stay again and so would Finn! He loved being able to sit at the windows and see all the people and activity going on downtown. We had a hard time getting him to leave 😊

My wife and I spend two nights at the One Lakeside hotel with a beautiful view of the Lake. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The kind desk agent when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. As we travel a lot I felt this was one of the top three hotels I’ve stayed in. ||The parking situation was a little confusing upon arrival and we have a full size Tundra and found it was a little tight for my liking in their underground parking, but I appreciate that it was covered and secure. ||We arrived later in the even and we were fortunate enough that the hotel is within walking distance of several nice dinning options.||It was additionally nice in the morning to enjoy all of the walking trails across from the hotel around the lake. ||Thank you for the experience.

Booked this room for 2 nights over Thanksgiving to be downtown near the resort and also to experience the Holiday Fireworks and parade on Black Friday. Sadly, the "resort" did not live up to expectations.||First, the good:|1. Location is great downtown along with easy to use parking.|2. Overall, the rooms while a basic furnished 1-bedroom, were comfortable and if cooking/staying long term came equipped with most basics.||Now the not so good and why only 2 stars:|1. Booked this hotel mostly for the rooftop access on the Friday night for the parade/fireworks. There was no notice on the website (booked directly) that access would/could be limited. When arriving at check in, was told the rooftop area was closed for that night. Front desk was not helpful at all and did nothing other than to say "the website should have mentioned this". Showed them the site and the lack of mention of the closure or event possibility of not having access and they just shrugged and said "they'd note it" (common theme here). |2. Overall the construction of the building is low quality. The windows did not insulate the weather or the noise. I live in a 4th floor high rise in a busy downtown normally so speaking from a comparable situation, the noise was not tolerable either from outside or nearby rooms. Was woken up each morning by garbage trucks and basic traffic was noisy. Come prepared with earplugs.|3. Most TV stations were not coming in on them. They were having buffering/signal loss issues so could not watch NBC/FOX/ESPN and others on a big game day weekend. Again, mentioned this to the front desk and all they said was "Yes, some people reported signal issues with phones but not TV's. I'll make a note". No action was taken or follow up on this from anyone at front desk during or after.||Overall, this hotel should not call itself a resort. it's a makeshift AirBNB trying to be a timeshare (there's ads in the room to buy one unit and let them rent it all but 12 weeks of the year). Go with caution and don't expect any level of service from this "resort".

Our experience at One Lakeside has been wonderful so far. The rooms are basically apartments and have a beautiful view of the town. It’s close to most restaurants, bars and stores. It’s also located a block away from the lake, so during the summer it would definitely be the best option for anyone that wants to truly enjoy their stay.

I proposed to my now fiancé here on NYE. We were able to see the fireworks right from our balcony which was perfect. They allowed (with my permission) our family friends to check in before hand and set up the room with tea and string lights so when we walked in, everything was set up. Beautiful spacious hotel condo with fantastic views and extremely helpful staff (Charlene and Lira). I felt it was a better overall experience than staying at the CDA Resort, quieter and less hectic.

Great location, walking distance to downtown CDA, lived the amenities and roof top hot tub. View of lake and mountain sleep from bed was a great view to wake up too. All the comforts of home !Super friendly staff!!Looking forward to coming back

My wife and I stayed one night during a long road trip. We would love to stay there much longer, the rooms were fantastic with a full kitchens, patio and great view of the lake. They had other amenities that we did not have time to enjoy such as the rooftop access and the dog run.
