Food was hot and fresh. Their sweet tea is amazing. My daughter and I had great conversation over our delicious food and enjoyed our meals. I really love the fried crab and green beans. My daughter loves the dessert bar!

Dine in experience:
One of the best little hole in the wall asian restaurant I've experienced, and I can be very critical on my reviews. The food was excellently portioned, priced, timing, temperature, quality of service, taste, and presentation!
I've only eaten here once and got the triple delight and the angel roll. Also got an order of shrimp egg rolls. My experience was excellent.
I have a favorite restaurant where I live in Denver. I have to say I'm jealous of this place. Just the bang for your buck is amazing! I paid twice as much for this kind of quality where I live.
This is not your average cheap Asian food restaurant! It may not have the most extravagant building or the fanciest decor, but with the quality of the food and authentic vibe it is definitely a 5-star experience!!

Let me say, I have been attending classes at Montevallo for almost two years, and have tried finding a place there for good comfort Japanese and Chinese food. None of them, and I’ve tried many restaurants, have come close to the quality of Oishi. And for the price, it just makes it all that much better. The ones near Montevallo charge more and have either way too much sauce, bony bits in the lo mein, or very dry chicken or just nasty flavored chicken, and it’s more expensive. It was to the point of having to toss it after the first two bites because it was so bad at times. Oishi, you are the only place that gets it. Love the people there and all they do! They’re always so sweet and kind to everyone who comes in.

Food tasted great and very affordable. BUT… service was terrible. The waiter was super rude and never checked on us. Also, we have found a hair in our food multiple times eating here.

Food was bland, wasn't bad but fried rice should have egg and vegetables. The fried rice I got was yellow rice. They were nice, but food is meh.
