We rented at 17 Hoyt #4 and I would not rent there again. The room was tiny...barely room to walk around. The place needed work and it was depressing to be in there. There was a hole next to the wall a/c unit large enough to let bugs in. The walls were paper thin and we could hear people talking and dogs barking. The sheets were not clean. Some of the walls were patched but not painted. Just a seedy room. We didn't even want to put our clothes in the bureau. They don't take care of the exterior either. Sure looked nice in the pictures though. I can't recommend this place.

We were staying at Moon Over Maine for. 2 nights. Inside is very cozy and feeling like a home..comfortable with their lovely ocean themed decor. They presented their plentiful breakfast picnic basket on the table each morning for us to eat. Plus free homemade snacks on the cake stand providing daily for the Inn guests. Thats very nice welcome!
The Inn owner, Heath and staff are sweet and friendly to us. We had a quite nice conversation with them.
Leave your vehicle in the Inn’s parking lot (free) and walking down (2 minutes) to the downtown of Ogunquit. Fantastic!
We will definitely go back to their other Inns next year (6 inns in Ogunquit).

My husband and I stayed at the High Rock property (room 1) and it was perfect. From the location, to the room to the helpful recommendation’s of the best places to eat during the off-season. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. They have thought of everything in the mini kitchen area in this studio room; plates, utensils, mugs, glasses, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, etc. The outdoor deck would be the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine and people watch. It’s far enough away from the late night bars so believe that noise would not be a problem. We were so lucky to find this gem and hope to be back soon.
