The entire staff is compassionate, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Doctor Ng is so sweet with my Kai Olaf and gave me time and attention for my concerns and Kai's treatment plan. I like the no-fear environment for the pets. Easy appointment set up, convenient times.

Everyone one was so kind, thoughtful with Buddy and I. They took time to ask questions about Buddy, myself and our daily interactions. They took time to explain everything thoroughly! Loved how they spent time getting to know us❤️Dr Ng, our vet tech and the others are very caring! So glad to have them for Buddy❤️

Absolutely the best! My dog has a condition that requires frequent trips that are uncomfortable at best. Even still, she is ecstatic to go to the vet and see the staff. We drive across town past several other animal clinics to come to this one. Everyone is so kind and wonderful!

Great team and great vet!!
I’m very thankful that Dr Ng was able to see Jase as a work in recently. After preliminary diagnostics, she was able to do a quick referral to CVETS. He’s stable now and although he will be on medications for the rest of his life, I know he will have a great team to guide this journey.

I have yet to meet a team this empathetic & personable. Don't think I even knew what a vet clinic should feel like until I found Dr. Ng & her staff, who did an incredible job with my fearful senior pup (blood draw from hell lol). They were amazing, patient from start to finish & actually raised the bar unmatched. You don't get rushed in & out of your appointment or brushed aside like another number, these awesome ladies actually care, left there mindblown & so grateful for them.

North East Animal Clinic and Dr. Ng have been a part of our lives for 30 years. From our cats when we moved here to having three dogs over the years we have always found their knowledge, compassion and veterinary care at the highest quality. Even when we had to say goodbye to our four-legged family members, they have always given us and our pets the best of care. I can’t begin to thank them for always having a caring staff and ensuring ease when appointments are needed. We trust Dr. Ng and her staff. They exceed excellence in every aspect of veterinary care!

As a facility with caring staff and a low-stress, positively focused and skilled veterinarian, their pricing is beyond reasonable and their availability for wellness visits and drop offs (as a one doctor practice) is impressive. Our family cannot recommend them enough! We ❤️ our vet and vet staff.
