I didn’t want to leave a bad review because the staff is very nice, but I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I got a gel pedicure, and by the next day, two of my nails had already chipped. For the price I paid, I expected better quality. I understand it’s the holidays and they’re closed, so they couldn’t fix it. However, I asked for at least a partial refund so I could get it fixed somewhere else, but my message was left on seen with no response. It’s unfortunate because they’re kind, but the quality and follow-up customer service fell short this time.

Update: Thank you for clarifying. Your first message wasn’t clear—it sounded like you’d only offer a re-polish if the salon was open. I appreciate the offer, but waiting until after January 7th isn’t convenient for me, as I need this fixed sooner. I understand your no-refund policy, but I was hoping for a more flexible solution. Thank you for your time.

I went for the first time and got my nails done. I am so happy with them! She did a wonderful job and she was so nice. The atmosphere in there is very welcoming. After talking with her a bit God also used this nail appointment to confirm a decision I made this morning ?

I only come every so often as money and my schedule allows but they are always very polite and professional. I just get a gel pedicure which is neatly done and lasts a good while. Today I mixed up appointment times but the owner was gracious and still saw me with no problem ?

Would totally not recommend. I got acrylic
Nails and they are all uneven & bumpy. My pinky it way longer then all the other fingers.

Went here today for the first time and the girl doing my mani/pedi was super awesome and friendly. She really took her time and they look great. The place was very clean and updated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I've grown old and grouchy but they really took good care of me. My feet needed special attention which they more than provided. Make your appointment soon.

Now as I get older I need special help for my toenails. They do a great job of taking care of difficult nails.
