Elaine Hewitt is a HORRIBLE PERSON SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.... BEFORE she meets her maker. GOD BE WITH THE FAMILIES SHES LIED ON LEGAL DOCUMENTS ABOUT AS WELL AS HER SUPERVISOR! ITS SAD I WENT THROUGH SO MUCH THE LAST 2 YEARS BUSTED TEETH BROKEN BONES AND EVERYTHING TAKEN FROM ME THANKS TO THESE WOMEN... YET MY "HUSBAND OF 16YRS GOT AWAY WITH IT!!!

I have had nothing but problems since I began doing business with this company. A few employees have attempted to assist, but the problems and breach of personal information seems to get worse as I continue doing business with this company. I was never given the things that were finally granted to me by the state which was a fight to even get them to acknowledge. My distribution keeps being stolen and used in New York they tell me. They say it is gone and there is nothing to do about it. I am now contacting every government agency involved with the entire process. I am considering suing for personal Losses. All online, Phone, and other attempts to contact anyone to assist with problems is generally blocked with this company.

MURRAY COUNTY DEFAX CANT DO THERE JOBS I NORMALLY GET MY FOOD STAMPS ON THE 18TH OF EVERY MONTH. N I MISSED MY RENEWAL N DIDNT KNOW IT. I DONE MY RENEWAL 2 DAYS AFTER. AND THE PROBLEM IS I STILL DONT HAVE ANY FOOD STAMPS AND MY CASEWORKER WILL NOT EVEN CALL ME BACK. I HAVE CALLED NOW FOR ALMOST A MONTH. THIS IS PATHETIC... ALL IM TRYING TOO DO IS G ET MY FOOD.

I have contacted the 800 numbers only to get rude representatives and lead to dead end voicemails. I've left numerous voicemails regarding insurance only for my call never to be returned. When I did get through to a person she told me "Even if I had cancer I'd still have to wait 45 days for application processing." They make it such an unpleasant experience to get ANYTHING done.

They will not return phone calls.All they are are a bunch of lazy government employees that don't want to do their jobs.The state needs to investigate them

You can't call or get anyone on a phone. Even the 800 number will not let you speak to someone. If you go to the office, you wait in line for hours, and if you have to fill anything out, you fill it out and get back in line. You never see a case worker at all. You get a phone call later on. And then if you need to call back you cant get them ever again.
