Our experience in the place was very good, the customer people were very friendly and willing to help, we carried out the paperwork for an application and they were attentive to solve, especially Mady Maribona, excellent person and very good attention from her all the time. That made us a great experience.

My family and I really enjoy living here, however it’s unfortunate that there is a good amount of tenants that don’t care much for cleanliness of the facilities. Too often is there trash in the pool area, hallways and the pet owners don’t dispose of their pet’s “remains” the proper way. The hard working employees that maintain the property aren’t being treated fairly by these tenants.

Finally had the opportunity to venture out and look for a place to settle while I was rebuilding my home. After looking tirelessly at different properties I stumbled upon the Murano which seemed to be in my own backyard. This place is absolutely beautiful, very convenient to shopping and things that I enjoyed doing. Taking a tour through Murano I realized how accommodating the staff was and how the residents seem to be very happy. I made an appointment with Tatiana for a tour of the property. She was able to show me an apartment, the grounds and the many amenities available to residents. Tatiana is without a doubt a top of the line employee and did a great job at making me feel comfortable. I look forward to filling out an applicatissue and becoming a resident at the Murano.

Well the fire alarm has went off at 1am and 5am today. This is absolutely insane as most people have jobs or school and need to sleep. Within the time I’ve lived here the alarm has malfunctioned or been pulled at least 20 times. At this point no one even goes outside because of how much a joke it is. The alarm is horrifically loud, im more likely to have a heart attack from it than an actual fire with the common occurrences. There is never any resolution to these alarms, even the firemen know this place is a joke. The front administration is nice and try’s to be helpful but I just can’t take these alarms. Very disappointing
