Used to be great when independently owned. Now the service is terrible. I call in advance for refills, verify when they will be ready (I even get a text ) only to arrive and find out the medication is not there. It’s so frustrating. I finally got upset enough to share that frustration and rather than apologize-they told me they could transfer my prescriptions to Walmart! She told me “you don't know what a stressful job this is” She said they have trained a lot of new people and they are just human. I walked out of there feeling like they just did not want my business.

Mt.blue drug is an excellent place I love going there Sam is wonderful she always says hello to me her and Travis are so nice . I love that place so much.On Dec31 2024 I went to Mt Blue Drug and Savanna went above and beyond to make sure I had my medicine because I have not been able to breathe right for the last 3 months for the last 3 weeks she has helped me out so much begging under staff and helping get the right medicine she is one in a million I really appreciate everything you have done for me Savanna . Thank you so much .

Every time I call there to confirm my prescriptions are ready, before driving there, I am told yes, all set to be picked up- only to find that they infact are NOT ready, either due to them not requesting refills from the doctors office when I ask ( 3 days in advance per healthcare policy) or them not having the RX in stock. I live nearly an hour away and have left there without medication too many times due to error on their part.

Even difficult-to-find drugs are no problem. They also will mail my meds right to my door, saving me a long trip. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

This pharmacy used to be great! Ever since they started focusing on rebuilding the interior and changed computer systems and hired more people, it has been awful. I'll call in a refill, told I'm good to go, go to pick up meds and they don't have any on hand. I live 1.5 hours away. Go back the next day as they asked, said they could only do a partial after saying they still had nothing. Another time I asked for a refill to be mailed, called to check a week later and they stated it has not been refilled yet. Will mail out next day. I've been without my med for a week. They told me I can have someone pick it up. If I had that, I wouldn't have asked for it to be mailed. Nobody even called to tell me they could not refill and had a delay. They did not offer to mail express next day to make up for their mistake. Just kept saying sorry.

Months later and they're still struggling to do their basic duties properly. My family files are clearly marked as no auto mailing. Yet the continue to mail Rx without telling us. I drove 1.5 hours to pick up a med last week, they told me it was mailed. Manager confirmed it should not have been mailed. They didn't even offer any fuel compensation for me driving 70+miles one way for nothing, due to their mistake. I was only offered extra antibiotics as an option. Who needs extra antibiotics?!

Travis is always been there for me when I've had issues with the insurance company or Dr office not sending over a new RX on time. The team is very pleasant to work with. Thanks for taking the time to always help when needed.

I switched toMt Blue drug because I truly got sick and tired of Walmart. And I have not regretted it! They are wonderful! Just recently I had a problem with my insurance needing a prescription they did not cover. One of their people was hours trying to get it for me. I recommend them to anyone! Gonna try to get my husband over now. Great people!!
