Made an appointment for 2pm to have all 4 tires replaced. Arrived at 1:30 and was informed at this point (not when the appointment was made and the tires were chosen) that the tires I wanted would need to be shipped to the store. So I went with a different set that was $200 more expensive. My truck was pulled into the bay at 2pm, the driver revved the motor once the truck was in the bay. I heard my truck start at 5pm, as soon as it was started it was revved. Truck was backed out of the bay and when put In drive he floored it and spun tires in front of the store. Not only did it take 3 HOURS to complete the service but they felt that it’d be ok to abuse my truck. I wouldn’t recommend anyone take their vehicles to this place. Worst experience I’ve had with a shop. Very unprofessional.

Had an original appointment for an alignment at 4pm. Luckily, the front desk associate was able to move it earlier to 230pm. They still didn't start working on my car until at least 430pm! I would have been better off just keeping my original appointment! "Maybe" if the mechanics weren't standing around playing with an atv on the back of a truck for over 2hrs(not even being serviced in the shop I might add), they could have had us done in a timely manner. An alignment "should not" take four hours, period. But at least the alignment fixed the issues I was having. And that's probably the ONLY POSITIVE TAKEAWAY I can take from this. When I got in my car, it reeked of cigarettes. This is absolutely unsat. This SPECIFIC SHOP needs to do better. My advice: Take your business and hard earned money elsewhere until they fix it.

Wanted my front tires replaced. They spent 3 hours “accidentally” replacing all 4 tires. Only decided to rectify the issue because I was “chill”. Every since then, one of my tire pressure sensors has been broken because my light will not go off, even when I went to 2 different mechanics to fix it.

Don't get any service from Mr Tire at Bryan's Road. They look under your hood for work when you only request a tire repair. Plus technicians are very nasty when dealing with the public. Plus they over charge for tire repair ($59.00 + taxes).👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

If I could give them no stars I would. Save your time and money and go elsewhere to get your vehicle prepared. They don’t care, you have to call to for updates. Almost like you begging them to fix your vehicle. I knew better than to try to give a local business some money. If that business wants to thrive, they might want to do an assessment of what they have, because the service I received felt like summer interns just starting on a job. I am sure the revenue shows in the profit margin. I will never return
