I have been a customer at Mr Mac's since the 1970's and have recommended this salon to many friends and acquaintances. Over the years I have had experiences at other hair salons, so it's not as if I have a limited basis for comparison. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating, and skilled. Following a haircut, perm, or color I always hear, "Let me know if you're not happy with that". And I might add that my husband has also been getting his hair cut at Mr Mac's for many years. I can definitely give them five stars.

Renea at Mr. Mac's has been completely in charge of my hair for over a decade. I can't imagine a stylist more willing to listen to what I want and deliver what I need. The salon itself is a relaxed and friendly place every time!

Renea Leasure is a super-friendly stylist, and she loves to check in with me to see if I am pleased with her work! I am very pleased by her work, just delighted, and my hair texture is the healthiest it's been in years. Together we discovered a new hair color for me which is closer to my shade during childhood, and my Mom noticed and loved it!!! MR. MAC'S is by appointment only, so call ahead -- it's worth it; Renea is a Searcy treasure!!!

Terrible haircut. I called and told them I was unhappy with my haircut after I got home and tried to style it and saw I couldn't and at first they told me to come back in but when I called and asked for an earlier appointment they told me that I wasn't going to be satisfied no matter what they did to just come get my money back. So.... they messed up my hair and then were unwilling to fix it. I had to try and re cut the bangs myself just so I could do anything with my hair. I never went and got my money back although I should have. The stylist was very unprofessional in the way I was treated. She did not listen to what I asked for at all. I will never go back to Mr. Macs.
