The outlets were rigged, wires held together with tape, and exposed circuits. The shower was too disgusting to take a shower in. The sink was so low only a small child could use it without bending in half. One of the beds had a raggedy bottom sheet that was hanging off of it and no top sheet. I went to the office and they handed me a sheet and I had to make it myself. There was only one empty outlet near the door. I only went there because they took pets and my cat needed out of the car for the night. I don't recommend this place AT ALL.

A horrible experience! I checked in, and before unpacking I was relaxing on the bed when the room next door got very noisy and had another group or family apparently living there, just hanging outside the room cursing and making a lot of noise. I laid there for about an hour, hoping they would go away, but they didn't. I had not yet unpacked, so I grabbed my bag and moved it to the car. The manager and his wife walked by, and I told him I was leaving Because I felt in danger and asked them to reverse my charge. They offered me another room, but there is no way I was going to feel safe with that group. And now they refuse to reverse that charge!

I really enjoyed my stay at Motel Jesup. It was absolutely amazing. The manger, owner, and employees treated me with a lot of respect and were really easy to get along with. They make you feel at home and treat you great. The rooms were VERY clean and cozy! There was a large variety of channels to choose from and the General Manager is always helpful if and when something goes wrong. There were a lot of places to eat around there that were convenient. Nothing was far from them. There was no noise and it was nice and quiet, very peaceful. The prices are reasonable and better than the other ones I went to. It was definitely a place my family enjoyed and it was a safe place. You can even pick if you want the first building or the second and request being around people or being alone. I loved my stay and will be coming back soon!

Absolutely disgusting. The shower was CAKED with something. I don't even know. We all needed a shower but I was terrified to put my kids in there. The sink was just as bad. So none of of eye able to get cleaned up. The floor had something sticky all over it as well as dirt. Roaches everywhere. The fridge didn't work, the air barely worked, and neither did the WiFi. We were told our money ($70) could not be refunded.

Motel Jesup is a hidden secret. I have stayed in every hotel in Jesup, but this was my first stay at Motel Jesup. It will be my only destination now. The owner staff is extraordinary and care for all the guest needs. The room are updated along with the bathroom and the AC/Heating works well. Beds are very comfortable and staff is attentive to every detail. It outshines the chain facilities within 30 miles. And I could not believe the price. More than worth the value. In this case I was staying because of Hurricane Matthew. I expected prices to rise like all the other hotels. When I saw the room price, I ask the owner why he didn't follow all the other competition and raise rates. His reply was "I am here to help take care of people in need, not take advantage of them." A solid motel with good facilities, great service and operated with solid ethics.
