I worked closely with Thomas at Most Swag designing some custom Lululemon shirts that were to be printed with our logo for our brand new company’s community launch event. The quality of the print gave our shirts a high end look that was beyond my expectations. It was a fair price and simple transaction coupled with excellent customer service. We will be utilizing them for additional services and products as we grow for sure!

I would give no stars if I were able. We spent over $7,000 for our employee Christmas gifts and after weeks of Thomas giving us the run around, he eventually stopped responding or answering our phone calls. We believe he eventually blocked our numbers or screened our calls. DO NOT work with this company. I don’t even know if it’s a company, to be honest. I believe it is one person scamming people out of money. He will be friendly, helpful, and responsive in the beginning, but once you make payments for your “order,” you’ll get shady answers and redirecting information until you’re eventually ignored.

Absolutely phenomenal company - cannot believe how OVER AND ABOVE they went to make our gear perfect. We got Vuori joggers and jackets for the team, and Thomas not only ensured that our logo was absolutely perfect, he also made sure they arrived on-time to our international meeting. Could not recommend more - the best company I've worked with for swag BY FAR!

We ordered 24 shirts for a company kickball game. Turnaround for our items was very quick and the prices were low - a lot of places charge more if you have a smaller order. Our shirts turned out so good! I worked with Thomas throughout this entire process and he was very quick to respond to all my messages and had a very high sense of customer service. I would recommend this company 10/10 times and look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

The worst experience I have ever had working with a clothing vendor. Ordered 300 hats with leather patch logo to give out as business gifts. The hats arrived with the patch glued on instead of sewn as agreed. The patches were smaller than expected, and the glue job was messy on the majority of hats. I sent them back for a redo as the guy agreed they were problematic. 3 MONTHS later I got 1/2 the hats back. They looked much better this time. Great, where's the other half? Excuse after excuse later, ANOTHER 3 MONTHS pass before I got the other half. The prices were cheap, but you are taking a risk. If there is a problem he'll make it right - 5 months later.

Great service working with Thomas over email and the shirts came out great. As well as quicker then expected in a little under a week of turn around when we finalized the sale.

I ordered custom swag and paid full price. Thomas was unresponsive and NEVER delivered what was promised. My recommendation is to never do business with this individual or entity.

Thomas was excellent to deal with. He handled everything professionally, adapted to the number of changes my wife Elsa had and he did it great! We had 2 shirts in our order that had a minor issue and it was handle immediately, fixed, new shirts shipped out with no questions asked. Everything really was seamless. I would absolutely recommend Custom Tees Chicago to anyone. Keeping info for the next time for sure!
