Ok first of all I have worked in this industry before so I feel like I know a thing or two….we made an appointment for my mom and I to get gel pedicures. We get to the salon and there were two like arm rest chairs non reclining with some pretty dingy pillows and a massage pad. We get greeted by one tech and she begins working on my toes. She was kind of trying to remove the gel although she left some, she ran the cuticle pusher over my toes but never actually touched my cuticle never cut or filed my nails…..and at this point no one had come to attend to my mom. We ask and she says oh I’m doing you both! I’ll do a few things on you then switch to your mom and back and forth. Are you joking!
So she proceeds to bounce back and forth from me and my mom and let me tell you if polish removal, cuticle pushing, painting, soaking in milk, rubbing exfoliate and lotion on the bottoms of my feet is a pedicure these days I’m good! I was so dumbfounded and after the horrific paint job I received pics to show my 5 year old could have done better! When she came to tell us this ridiculous excuse for a pedicure was over and let us know we were each $65 I just about choked! We got one tech and you’re charging us as if we each had a tech working on us and a decent job was done! Not to mention the fact she was using the same implements on both of us!!!!!
Now the other issue….when I go for a spa treatment I like it to be relaxing doesn’t have to be silent but relaxing would be great. I knew that after looking at the chair I was going to be sitting in I wouldn’t feel relaxed because it was disgusting, but then to have to listen to who I think is the owner talk to abruptly and loudly about her first date with this guy, spending the night at his house, her dating history….etc. was so unprofessional and inappropriate I couldn’t believe it! Keep your personal life to yourself not all of us want to hear it! Worst experience EVER! I will continue to go to Fendhi and get my 1.5 hour AMAZING pedicure from now on. No more last minute pedicures! So so disappointing…..

Each time i came in with shae doing a full set doing my nails, except everyone else they got my nails done within an hour or hour and a half. She has been filing my nails for 2 and a half hours now. This is ridiculous! When i was done, some of my nails were coffin shaped and some were sqare. Also had to ask her to take the nail polish that was all over my finger off. I really like when samantha does my nails. Recommend pretty much any other stylist.

EDIT: I went back in to get my nails redone by Marie and she did a wonderful job! The shaping can get tricky since I wanted an almond/stiletto shape, and she worked her magic! My cuticles were needing some loving and they got it! Thank you for taking the time to give me what I wanted! 💚

Super friendly staff! The ladies were wonderful to speak to! I had my nails done by Lilly and Shae did her best with the leaves which I love! I'll just let the nails talk for themselves ☺️.

I enjoy this place so much. Very welcoming and I feel like I can completely be myself and relax. Marie and Sam are dolls to work with.

I love going to the salon to have Shae do my nails! Every time she asks if any of my nails need fixing before painting. She’s fun and upbeat and always greats me with a smile. She kills whatever design I bring in and makes it her own. She’s also amazing with coming up with designs of her own. 10/10 100% suggest Shae to my friends who are tired of the mall/chop shops. She even did my husband’s and nephew’s nails for an uncle/nephew day for the nephew’s birthday! The salon in general is clean, has fun decor, and all the girls rock at what they do!

I absolutely love this salon, the vibe is everything! Ive been in the industry 15+ years and know how competitive it can be! Shae is FANTASTIC 🤩 Especially as a newer tech! She takes her time, pays attention to detail, puts pride in her work, and I truly enjoy our time together! I'm on my 5th fill with Shae after she laid our very first set, coming in every 3 to 4 weeks and have yet to experience any broken tips, or lifting of any kind!

As a stylist who's hands are constantly in and out of water and other people's hair... it's the type of quality I look for, that can sometimes be hard to find!

Misbehavior Beauty is a very clean establishment and takes sanitation seriously which I appreciate. I can’t find anywhere else that treats me so well and gets my nails perfect each time.
