She had three tries to stitch my rank and jungle tab on my boonie, and still couldn’t get it right. This is strictly for the alteration shop. She proceeded to say it’s because my hat is shape weird. If that is the case then why did the CAMO SHOP get it right on the first try and done on spot. I spent $80 total for ten items to get stitched (rank only).

I recommend going to the CAMO SHOP. MORE THAN HALF the price and twice the customer service.

Best place on the island to get your Army uniforms if you're a female because they carry all the smaller sizes. But, it's a very busy location so the store employees can't really help you individually because they're usually at the register checking people out. It's been busy every time I've visited at various hours of the day. 🫤 Also, there are very few parking spots. Other than that the store is organized and has 3 fitting rooms so you can try things on before you buy them.

I went to clothing and sales to purchase the tropics AGSU. The clerk sized me, however they didn’t have any of my sizes in store. I went to the clothing and sales on Shafter and they didn’t have my size either. I took the measurements that I was given and ordered the AGSU through Flying Cross. I paid for express shipping in case I needed alterations, etc. I received my package and took the trousers to alterations. The lady at alterations told me that it was nothing she could do because the trousers were extremely big on me. As you can imagine, this was extremely frustrating for me.

Also, if you purchase and item from either clothing and sales Shafter/Schofield, you can only return that item to their respective store.

Lastly, don’t lose your receipt for anything you purchase because you will not be able to exchange/return. I feel like in this day and age, purchases should be able to be looked up by card like most stores are able to do.

I needed an embroidered name patch for my flight suit. I was hesitant to come here because of the poor reviews, but decided to give it a try since the reviews were mostly from a number of years ago. Well, the lady that works here still does not have the best customer service. She told me, “we can do it, but we don’t have time to.” I interpreted that as “We prioritize by uniform piece, not by when the customer comes in to place an order. So we will never get to embroidering your patch.”

The clerk is very friendly, and the checkout speed is also very fast.Although I go to buy tourism products,ut I think the product is quite complete

I would give it zero stars if I could! There is never any merchandise in stock, and when I asked one of the associates about it, she thought it was funny and replied, “yeah, we have been out of that for a while.” Whoever is charge of their merchandise ordering is either incompetent or derelict in their duties. On top of that only one cashier working and the line is reaching to the back of the store as seen in the picture.
