My grandparents stayed at this motel while visiting Maine! Such a beautiful room! Feel’s definitely like an extension of home! My grandparents said the people that own the hotel are very friendly and accommodating! Will DEFINITELY be planning a trip here in the future! Also, you can’t beat the view from the hotel!

This is a very nice little motel with lovely individually decorated rooms. All the amenities of a fancier place and well taken care of. Our only complaint was a slow running drain the the bathroom. They have completely remodeled the place with heavy duty doors and locks and even storm/screen doors and quiet ductless heat pumps/AC. Grounds are sweet and a great view of the mountains in the distance.

While working in the area, my Fiance and I booked this place, as it was a perfect in between spot of where we needed to be. When we arrived after 7PM, no one was there but we called the number on the door and the nice man gave us a number code to enter into the combo lock and we were good to go! Quick and easy! This place is so cute and quaint! The room was very clean and great sized for the budget pricing! It is a very quiet location and there are beautiful views of the mountains behind the property!

My wife and I have stayed at this motel 3 times now. The rooms are immaculate and feel more like you're staying in a guest room than a motel room. They have just updated to new little electronic keys that are very handy and easy to use. The windows facing away from the road have a lovely mountain view. The beds are very comfortable. I would recommend staying here after a visit to Portland--it's not much of a drive, and is much more affordable, quieter, and comfier than expensive lodging in the city + free wifi

I had business in Hiram ,Maine and was concerned about finding lodging in this area as there are not many hotels close by ( most are in North Conway and I needed to be closer to Hiram). I read the reviews on this motel and figured I would take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. The motel was clean , the setting was quiet , all rooms are equipped with fridge / microwave and the owners were very friendly. The WiFi strength was very good compared to many hotels , even some well rated hotels have very weak WiFi strength. If I needed to travel to this area again I would definitely stay here. |The only negative is the walls are paper thin so you can hear activity in neighboring room. I always bring my noise machine when traveling so this was not an issue for me.

My family & I have stayed here multiple times over the past several years. The owners are so welcoming & friendly. As for the rooms, they are so cozy & clean & comfortable! There's plenty of great places to eat all within walking distance, so convenient! We always enjoy our stay here!

Me and my wife loved this place. It is cute, cozy and clean. We were looking for a hotel that would fit well on our budget since we just needed it for the night to keep traveling in the morning. We got there at midnight and left at 10am, but we got impressed about how good was the room. We got the one on the second floor with balcony.

we were visiting relatives in the area, and booked ahead. we rented the 2 upstairs rooms. they were lovely. One room had a queen bed, and a couch and the other one has a king size bed. both rooms had small decks out the back overlooking the mountains. had fridge, microwave, new carpeting, patio door onto the private deck, clean, clean, clean. Well taken care of, and quiet. Self contained bathrooms, electric fireplace. Will definitely stay again.
