First let me say I love the staff here in general. They are all professional and courteous. Christina, Letty, Mike, Angela, Janet, and Dr. Jackson are all great when it comes to their interactions with me. My therapist is Christina and she is awesome! She does a great job at listening and providing therapeutic communication. Another plus is that she is experienced with dealing with at risk and troubled youth. So much so that I elected her to be my sons therapist as well. In the past I have sought therapy but never stayed consistent until coming here. I can honestly say that when I leave my session I definitely feel better than when I came. The office itself is always inviting and soothing in nature. I can say so many good things about them but I rather encourage you to find out for yourself.

I have been going here for almost 5 months. I love my therapist. Angela is literally an Angel. The self love boot camps and yoga have been a life saver.

Update: I have been seeing my therapist for almost a full year now. This office is one of the best investments I have made in myself. They are a diverse staff, even amongst the black diaspora there is diversity within the staff. They make you feel like family in the good healthy way.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the wonderful, kind, helpful, and compassionate people who work at this office. The administrative staff Mike and Letty are some of the sweetest and most pleasant, friendly faces! Even before the moment I walked into Metamorphosis, Letty helped me over the phone to verify my insurance and give me all kinds of info. She PERFECTLY matched me with my counselor and I am so thankful. My counselor has been a dream to work with. I can't thank her enough for all the care and understanding she provides. She will always try to work me into her schedule if I feel I have been having a rough week, etc. She has stayed for late sessions to accomodate me which I am so grateful for. I cannot recommend Metamorphosis enough. The staff an atmosphere they work so hard to create is outstanding. Thank you to all who work so hard to make it a welcoming and comfortable environment!!!!

Five years ago, I experienced some very scary symptoms brought on by a lot of stress. With my dear friend, I combed Psychology Today looking for the perfect person who could lend some support. That perfect person was Dr. April.

Fast forwarding to now, I still couldn't be more pleased with the care extended to me through this practice. Metamorphosis Life is a very integral part of my self-care. Each person on staff contributes to a very warm, intimate environment where you can truly heal and get/be well.

I recommend this practice to anyone in need of counseling services.

Janet is the best therapist I have ever encountered Metamorphosis was an referral from my employer counseling services as a trial after my first session I knew moving forward I had a permanent therapy home no one wants to address mental health but when your ready Metamorphosis is a step in the right direction

angela at metamorphosis only cares about money and not her patients after not being able to meet a financial obligation of $71 afyer paying $40 of the $70 owed angela informed me she would not see me because I owed $31. She filled out paperwork for me to be off work because of my disability and provided a return to work date she NEVER informed me of this information . Angela then told my job that she will not be filling out any more paperwork after my last appointment and I'd paid the entire balance bc I hadn't been in treatment . Which she toldd I couldn't attend untilthe balance was paid and I told her I COULDN'T AFFORD Before the money issue came up she would call and check in.. but after the balance she stopped calling and made me travel just to tell me she refuse to see me. Instead of saying you owe a balance and it has to be paid before I can treat you . She's not licensed and given she works in mental health I would definitely say she made my process 10xs WORSE! I HOPE SHE GETS FIRED FOR NOT HER NEGLIGENCE . And I'd love to see her credentials.. I'm going to file a complaint with my insurance because I feel like I've been bamboozled
