Mauricio was extremely helpful and patient while we shopped for and ultimately purchased my condo! It was my first home buying experience and he made it fun and easy, given the process. He was always available to answer any questions I had and quell any anxieties from whatever step of the process we were on. He facilitated consistent communication with the seller's agents and HOAs for potential properties, and when it came time to decide on a property ensured I was comfortable with the situation in all aspects. He advised me on how to go about putting in a reasonable offer that would work out for both parties, and ultimately I am very happy with my condo purchase. I always looked forward to our conversations because they were both informative and enjoyable, even in some uncertain situations. Also he has solid recommendations for contractors/vendors if needed! I would highly recommend working with Mauricio.

Got introduced to Mauricio through a family member. The journey to find the right home was a 2 year slow burn. Mauricio was instrumental for us to hang in there and press forward. He was patient with us and very knowledgable. Always putting our needs and want first he would always go the extra mile to make sure we got our questions and concerns answered. My fiancé and I loved working with Mauricio. He is hard working, knowledgeable, proactive, and a great communicator. He made the process of finding our house, putting in our offer and closing incredibly easy and painless! He communication skills and responsiveness were above and beyond - he worked tirelessly to fight for our offer to be the best fit for the seller’s, despite ours being significantly less than some other offers on the house. He truly has a passion to work with you to find your perfect house and make sure you’re settled in - you are not just another sale for him. Months after the close of our house he continues to reach out to us to make sure we’re doing okay and making sure we’ve been able to find the correct people to fix some of the items that we want to get repaired based on the inspection report. Mauricio is very kind, patient, honest, and genuinely wants to help people find their perfect home. My fiancé and I highly recommend working with him.

Mauricio was such a blessing to work with. He is so knowledgable about the east bay and he did a great job of honoring my evolving tastes while also informing me about the market and on various aspects of homeownership. As a first-time homeowner, the process felt overwhelming at first, but Mauricio as so helpful in orienting me through the entire process. In the end it was seamless and I was very thankful! It is really apparent to me that Mauricio loves his job and does his best. He is very responsive. Also, he very clearly had my best interest at heart, which was very reassuring. I will recommend him to all of my friends!

Mauricio was amazing to work with. His knowledge of the process made buying a house a breeze with minimal stress. Very prompt with responses and scheduled walk throughs of perspective properties quickly (late showings also) and knew what to look for as we walked the property so we could make our most informed decision. Our mortgage lender and home inspector were referred by him and were also wonderful to work with! I am forever thankful to Mauricio and the team we worked with! 100x over would recommend. You will not be disappointed.
