Mauricio was extremely helpful and patient while we shopped for and ultimately purchased my condo! It was my first home buying experience and he made it fun and easy, given the process. Very prompt with responses and scheduled walk throughs of perspective properties quickly (late showings also) and knew what to look for as we walked the property so we could make our most informed decision. Our mortgage lender and home inspector were referred by him and were also wonderful to work with! I am forever thankful to Mauricio and the team we worked with! 100x over would recommend.
