Está negocio son unos estafadores, me cobraron 600$ solo por cambiarme los inyectores, las bujías y los cables, y además el carro siguio fallando les volví a llevar el carro como parte de la garantía y me dijeron que era la computadora y que tenía que pagar 550 $ cuando enrealidad era el alternador y la bateria y me dejaron un inyector flojo para que yo pensará que no funcionaba bien el motor por la computadora, les pagas para que te roben, no entiendo cómo tienen tantas reviews positivas, supongo que las compran, de verdad el peor negocio que he ido aquí en Estados Unidos

I’m a new customer. I had 3 cars towed to their facility. Gave me a fast and courteous service from the staff to the owner, Mr Maurice himself. The tow driver, Jay, is a professional and skilled technician. AAA gave up on my collapsed suspension Benz but not Jay, he worked out his special technique and skills to load the Benz to his flat bed. The staff are all pleasant and answers the phone immediately. Looking forward to a great working relationship with them. I’m a car collector. More power to your company.

So last week, I had to take my vehicle to an auto repair, because it had been leaking some type of liquid. I thought it may be the transmission, and I was very concerned. I called and spoke to the manager, Demetrius, And he told me to come in a couple of hours later. Much to my relief, it was just the oil filter. So I went ahead and did an oil change since it was coming due very soon. The treatment I received was second to none. Demetrius was so professional and helpful. He’s also very handsome. The ladies in the front office, Jackie, and Janelle, were very helpful and kind. Carlos kept us updated as they worked on the vehicle. All in all I felt like I was amongst family. What an awesome experience I had at Mauricie’sauto repair.
