Mauana was absolutely fabulous! She was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and determined to be our guide and partner as we embarked on homeownership. 2021 I worked with Mauana Anderson on the sale of my first home and simultaneously the purchase of my second home. It was an AMAZING experience to say the least. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Mauana made it as seamless as she possibly could by educating me on what to expect throughout the process, keeping me up to date in each step, informing me on what was available in this current crazy market, negotiating on my behalf, making sure the needed information paper work and documents were being handled and submitted in a timely manner.
On our first call she listened very carefully to my needs and wants and immediately assured me she could deliver and she did just that. Mauana advised me on programs that were available to me that would get me the most for my money and different ways of how we could go about getting me the home I wanted.
On our second call she provided me a buyer for my first home and ample inventory for me to review for purchase that had all my needs and most of my wants. At all times Mauana made me feel included, educated, connected, she negotiated on my behalf like a fearless warrior, was responsive at all times no matter how early or late and she had this way of making me feel I was her only client. Most importantly Mauana made me feel supported. Thats huge to me, huge. Yes there were moments when it looked like some things were falling through and she would always assure me it was still going to happen just some where else and it did, right where it needed to happen. I felt like I was in the BEST of hands with Mauana Anderson as my representation in the sale and buying process. Wouldn’t have ended up with the perfect starter home if it weren’t for Mauana. It really felt like she was on my team throughout the entire home buying process. She advocated for me in a competitive bidding market, kept me in the loop with timely communication, and answered all of my questions.
