An absolutely EXCEPTIONAL experience from start to finish. Great communication, quick follow up, and easy to negotiate a fair deal for both sides. Straight forward, honest, and no games back and forth. Picking up the new vehicle at the dealership was also a pleasure. Everything was ready to go and they quickly addressed some last minute questions and concerns. Could not be happier with the service and attention displayed by my salesperson Jacob and the sales manager Joe. I would be happy to do business with them again.

Bought our new car from Maserati Stuart today. What a great dealership, they were so helpful and never got pushy or tried to gouge me. I got a real fair deal on the car and my trade. Easy to work with and a painless transaction. Sales lady Gail Racine was a breath of fresh air, very professional.

The dealership is clean, modern and comfortable. Great cars too.

I love the presentation and the quality of the Dealer, however for some reason i felt the lack of helping me achieve the goal to buy the vehicle i end up buying. Let me be fair to the sales guy Jacob, he was professional and took care of my questions all the way till he left me at the finance office. My short term memory dont let me remember his name but he has been working there for a while. Everything was ok till i handed a check to pay the vehicle in full. He gets the ck, runs it trough a machine and 10 seconds later he gives me a paper saying….the ck was declined, i show him proof of funds and he says, you have to pay cash if you want to take the vehicle today. I said is there any other way, he said wire transfer but it takes 24 hours to verified funds. I got frustrated, called my bank, called the third party company that declined the ck and stress out for 30 minutes till i my self had to think outside The Box and ask the finance guy can I just pay with the credit card of the bank that has the funds? And he replied, let’s try so we gave it a shot and it went through in two seconds. I am leaving this review for everyone to be aware that there are several ways of pay for a vehicle if you want to take the vehicle same day , cash is always the most secure way because the funds are there….😂 If not, make sure your credit card with your bank is going to approve the charge before you even go to the dealer. I was upset at the time because the finance guy must have sold thousands of cars and did not provide me with all the options that I had and let me go through a deal of stress unnecessary.Also I have not mention that I drove two hours to get this vehicle.

Maserati of Stuart was a nice local dealership to work with. They made us feel welcome and addressed all our concerns . Maia and Joe took the time to explain the details of the SUV and get us the best deal. I can’t wait to start driving my Grecale!

Took my car in for service received a loaner car for one hour. They decided to charge me for three days and I’ve been Asking for a refund for four months. Been completely ignored by staff and management. I was charged $275 for a one hour loaner car. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t be going back to Stuart Maserati 👎

I have dealt with two other Maserati dealerships in South Florida. This dealership is top notch Peggy Skiffington in service makes your experience go so smoothly. Peggy helped me fix an issue that another dealership should have done. This is why I’m going to buy my new car from this location. Shelly in finance is great as well. We also had the pleasure meeting with Joe Johnson the Sales Manager, We are currently working on my next purchase. Customer service is very important and this dealership has that perfected! Worth the drive - we drove in from Orlando to look at a few vehicles and the team at Maserati & Audi of Stuart made this the most seamless and efficient experience. We had been searching for months and dealt with a variety of sales teams but the most genuine we encountered was here. They wasted none of my time - or theirs and I got everything I wanted with their swift facilitation.
