Mauricio and his painters are skilled and take the required time to prep the entire project including sanding, caulking and a FULL prime before painting. Mauricio is down to earth and honest. He prepped the entire deck and gave it two coats... it looks completely new! I did 6 estimates and he definitely stood out. Most of the building got two coats. Mauricio is very meticulous about details, is onsite with his painters who are very goal oriented and professional. I could go on all day about how good the paint job and Mauricio Martinez is.
