I've really been enjoying my time here at Market 100. Since July it's gotten so peaceful here in our apartment. Nikki and, I have become best friends. We do everything together. We even do meal planning together. I don't see myself moving anytime soon. Thank you so much for making these apartments so safe and, quiet for us.

Worse place to live in Statesboro. They don’t fix anything, and the property manager is very rude. The house was so dirty upon move in, but when you move out they’ll charge you fees for everything. They literally charged me 250 for leaving a roll of tissue. They give incentives for good reviews, so don’t believe anything good anyone says about this place.

It's okay, pretty quiet, but some issues get swept under the rug, maintenance is okay, too outdated for the price, wind up paying for something other tenants messed up, too many big dogs around, people don't pick up after them. Other than that I living in the area, But......

Run! (roaches, damage fees, poor service)
1) They already have a roach problem but they will blame you for it if you continue to put in work orders. They will threaten to charge you for pest control...even though their pest issue existed before you arrived

2) They will charge damage fees for non damaged items or normal wear and tear like brushes up against paint, dust, chipped stuff...etc. They will charge it as debt. They will threaten debt collection and send it to your credit bureaus as debt. Even if you dispute the damages.

All this for them to cover what they budget for property turnovers. Their turnover rate is HIGH because they treat their residents Horribly.

3) Worst Property Management company in States boro. They are flat out rude. They do not care about making things right. They have a CANT DO attitude problem and doing business with them is a bad idea.

If you have nowhere else to go ...STILL don't chose here. RUN RUN RUN

Their staff is completely nasty. I was charged $200 for a service I didn’t agree to. They spent my money on my behalf. DO NOT RENT HERE! This is the raggediest place to rent in the area. The bathroom and Landry room appliances are very old.

Recently moved here and you really get what you pay for. The pictures online are not what it is in person, definitely recommend looking at the place first which is something I couldn’t do unfortunately. The furniture in the living room is torn up, a lot of flies in the kitchen. The doors are rusty and so are all the cabinets in the bathrooms. Appliance in the kitchen specifically the fridge and dishwasher are filthy, the kitchen looks nothing like in the pictures. The fridge is so small in a 4 bedroom, it would not fit the groceries of 4 people living in it. Furniture in the rooms are decent. The windows are old and rusty. A lot of different fees when signing the lease. You are given from the 1st-5th of the month to pay rent which is helpful. The pictures online of the neighborhood also looks too fake, You would expect it to look nicer but it doesn’t. Haven’t fully seen the rest of the neighborhood as far as the pool, gym, etc. but definitely don’t expect much considering what I’ve seen so far. The WiFi that comes with the apartment does not work. Definitely recommend putting your money into something much better and worth the money.

I would not recommend market 100, the way of living is pretty below average. Once it time to move out they will hit you with fee after fee but you will move in with the fees their charging such as dirty bathroom, paint on the floor, rotten wood frame. Dirty trim, missing window screen. Don’t move here unless you got to!!

The representatives at the leasing office were really amazing and very precessional. They attend to emails quickly and I love that.
