Had an appointment on a Fri at 2:00. When I arrived, I told them my name and that I was there for a 2:00 haircut appt. Two girls stood there staring at me and asked if I had gotten a call from the stylist that she had to leave. Obviously I hadn't as I'd just driven 45 minutes to be there. I was told there was no one there who could do the haircut as they were leaving. The fact they advertise they accept walkingins is a joke! I'll never schedule at Margos again, what a way to run a business!

I've had my hair cut here a handful of times, and always had a good experience.
Today I added on a manicure...and it was by far the worst I've ever gotten.
I asked explicitly for my cuticles to be trimmed and cleaned. They look the same as when I went in. Every nail is a different shape. They're all ragged and uneven. After I had the cuticle serum and filing done she didn't have me wash my hands....which is so not the usual process. The cuticle serums aren't meant to stay on if they have any removal properties and the sanding dust should always be washed off.
My nails look worse than when I went in.

I brought my stepdaughter here for a scheduled appointment yesterday with Alicia… she was phenomenal with the job she did. Both my stepdaughter and my wife were extremely happy with how it came out!

I had been seeing a young lady named Zoie , for my hair coloring etc… the third time I arrived for my appointment, the owner Margo was at the front desk…when I walked in , she looked up , never greeted me , then looked down , and completely ignored me. It was very awkward! Finally another woman came up , and informed me that Zoie would be with me in a few minutes. Although I don’t have anything against Zoie.., I have never gone back! That woman was so incredibly rude! And their prices were outrageous! I would never recommend them to anyone! For the owner to be so rude…not good customer service!

Got my hair done by Alicia, they got me in same day and she was amazing. Gave me so much positive advice on my hair and how I can take better care of it. She was just very friendly and made me feel beautiful. The prices are really great and I love my hair! Will definitely be going back for trims and styling. Maybe even more!

I got a pedicure/manicure/eye brow wax. I'm from a couple of hours away and I can't find anything decent where I'm at, so I researched reviews and made the online apt including giving them my card number in case I no showed. I showed up a little early and waited. The girl was nice, but jittery. We had pleasant conversations. This should have been pretty basic. I have rheumatoid arthritis, so I explained that my feet are very sensitive. She attempted to go easy on me. If I go back I just won't get the foot massage. Fingernails were done fine. Lastly we did my eyebrows. She finished and handed me a small mirror. I told her that one needed to be trimmed up a bit more. It was obvious to me that they were not the same. She had me lay back down in the chair and she tweaked them. I am coloring them in with eyebrow pencil now. I was nice and I left her a decent tip. If I go back I will request someone else. Just a heads up the parking lot is awkward to say the least. Bring a small maneuverable vehicle.

I called as a potential new client and the owner was so rude and nasty over the phone when I tried to ask very basic questions that your company will never see a dime of my money and on another note your pricing is RIDICULOUS for super short hair!
