My husband and I were going to move here as of today 2/7. We went and viewed the property mid December and only saw the model. Because we liked the overall look of the property, we went ahead and applied for one of the units. The unit we were supposed to move into was supposed to be available as of 1/31. As the time got closer I called several times to see when we could come view the unit. There were times where I’d call and get no answer and have to call multiple times in order to reach anyone. On Monday 1/27, I called to see if we could schedule a time to come view the unit and spoke to Gende the assistant property manager. I was told by her that I should call the following day because the person that handles that was not in. On Tuesday I called and spoke to Amanda. She told me that the agent that handles that was still not in. She informed me that we’d have to wait until 24-48 hours before move in to see the unit. She also took my information and advised that I would receive a call back. All day Wednesday went by and I didn’t hear anything so I sent an email after 4pm. On Thursday I waited all day for a response and didn’t receive one, so I called. I spoke to Mercedes who was supposed to be the agent I was expecting a call back from. I advised her that we were moving in soon and had not seen our unit. She placed me on hold to see if the unit was ready and it was not. She advised that she would call me once the unit was available for viewing. A week went by and I heard nothing from anyone in the front office. On day of move after 1pm Mercedes called to see when we would be by to pick up the keys. I advised her that we wanted to cancel due to no one contacting us back to view our unit. She did not apologize that no one contacted us. I asked if it was possible to get our admin fee back and she stated that because we were cancelling we could not get it back. So I say all of that to say, beware of moving here if you desire and/or value communication, because they don’t communicate. Sketchy is an understatement regarding this property.

I've lived in this apartment complex going on two years. I recently transferred to a different apartment building closer to the front. Amanda in the front office assisted me in getting into the apartment I wanted and made it a smooth transition. She is available when needed and when she's not she will make sure everything is taken care of in case I called in for help. I love living here.

I went to inquire about renting here. The woman I spoke with, I believe her name was Mercedes, let me tell you about this poor interaction with this office woman. She was extremely rude and I felt like she was judging me and I was so put off by her attitude, that I didn’t even want to apply and so I left. I did find a few other really nice places around the area that I have been looking at.

I took a tour of this property with Mercedes Davis and she was so professional. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns about the property & she did a follow up with me after the tour; which was greatly appreciated. Very sweet young lady ! Awesome job Mercedes looking forward to renting !

I am currently experiencing several maintenance issues in my rental property. The garage door is broken, the refrigerator leaks onto the kitchen floor, and the stove has stopped functioning. I am awaiting repairs, but I continue to pay my rent in full and on time. I would appreciate your consideration in assessing whether this situation is satisfactory for myself and my family. Beware potential renter. The staff here will seem warm, welcoming, and make you feel as if they have a sense of integrity. Unfortunately that is not the case in fact the employees here at this Location have sinister ulterior motives for you in mind.

I was scammed out of my security deposit and sent to collections then reported to my credit report. Now I have to waste my time making the disputes with the credit bureaus and going to my bank for additional proof.

Save yourself from a future nightmare and decline doing any business with these criminals.
