MaineHealth never ceases to disappoint. I called to ask if they could do bloodwork ordered from my provider or if I had to go elsewhere. After being put on hold several times I was told that they could draw my blood and that I should reserve my appointment online. I took time out of work to go get this done and when I was brought into the room I handed the RN my lab orders. She was rude and told me that she did not need them. I was confused by this so she told me they were in the system already. I asked what they were and the orders were not from my PCP office and not the correct orders. She then told me that it could not be done at walk-in. I explained that I specifically called this morning to explain my need and was told that I could have it done. Communication needs to be improved along with respect from clinical staff.

This walk in clinic was very busy, but there was plenty of parking and seating!
The staff performed flawlessly and convinced me they loved helping others.
This place is at the top of my list when I
need urgent care!!!

Super convenient to make an appt online before going. I was seen quickly and my experience was very positive. Felt comfortable and heard and was very happy with the treatment plan.

The staff was super friendly and professional, unfortunately I spent over two hours waiting for my three year old to be seen. They need more staff.

One of the nurse practitioners here i have no idea how she is qualified to work in this field. I tried to get a hold of someone in charge at Maine Health to discuss an issue I had. Left messages with people with my contact with no response from management.

Good luck with that. There is no way to get ahold of anyone, and when you call the # to talk to someone you'll be on hold for 30+ minutes just for the phone to be answered and hung up on you.

Overpriced for the services provided. Would not recommend coming here

Front desk people were amazing with my 2 year old throwing a tantrum on the floor and helped me through that. The first 2 nurses who took my sons vital and weight were amazing. Saw Veronica for the RN she was horribly rude and mean. I explained why we were there for fatigue in my son. I explained he was constipated 2 going on 3 weeks ago and gave him miralax then he had diarrhea for a couple days. Then she asked me why he hasn’t seen his pediatrician yet so I told her he has an appointment today and she says “then why are you here” I told her because the peds office doesn’t test for Covid. And after his Covid test I gave my son a dum dum lollipop she said “you’re having a lollipop already I guess I won’t test his blood glucose for diabetes because his blood sugar will be off now” like I don’t know why testing him for diabetes with his symptoms was even on the table. He’s not over weight and he has a cough and runny nose. She was extremely rude we will not be back there

Walk in care, asked if I had an appointment and then if I wanted to see some but they didn’t have any available with out an appointment. Not exactly walk-in care
