This place has simply been the best! Valerie the receptionist is all smiles sweet as pie and very helpful! Michelle is awesome. She has been so encouraging on my weight loss journey! Chance is also amazing to work with. He works me hard, but knows Just how much to push me!!!! So glad I have switched my care to this location!!!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!!!!

I had my first appointment at SMHC PT in Waterboro today and couldn’t be happier! I was greeted by a completely renovated area that looks beautiful and by a very friendly and professional PSR. Valerie couldn’t have been nicer! My physical therapist was Michelle and she was great! She cared about what my goals were and made sure that I was doing the exercises she showed me correctly before I left. She was friendly, professional and had a great sense of humor! Before I left she supplied me with written instructions with illustrations and encouraged me to call or email her if I had any questions or concerns. Thank you for a great experience and for being a part of our community!

Back in October of 2023 I started going to this awesome office for a rotator cuff surgury rehab. From the first time I walked in the door I was greeted by a beautiful lady Valerie. She made me feel welcome every time I entered the office. When I first started seeing a therapist, I wasn't sure I'd be able to do the things I liked to do like sewing. I had the blessing of working with Michelle, Stephanie and Chance. All three of them are well educated and very compassionate. I did 6 months of therapy and frequently got discouraged. All three of them are encouragers, always kept me trying to get better. I do not believe I would have my arm back without them. My life is better because of them. If anybody has doubt about physical therapy, I encourage you to try Waterboro Pt here. Thank you to all of you for helping me. Forever grateful.

I’ve had a great experience at SMHC Waterboro PT! Chance and Michelle are both extremely knowledgeable and always have a fun and positive attitude. If you have any scheduling issues, Valerie at reception always finds a way to make things work. Will be highly recommending this location for physical therapy in the future!

There are not enough words to describe how incredible this location is! From the moment you walk into the door, you are greeted by the kindest hearted and sweet Valerie, who always has a smile on her face and an energy that lights up anyone’s day. The two therapists I have been working with for my SECOND ACL/meniscus repair have been a huge part of my journey both physically and mentally. Michelle and Chance not only know what they’re doing, but they genuinely care about their patients and want to get you back into a position to resume all your normal every day activities. They make me look forward to every single session and they are always making me laugh, while making sure I am hustling. I couldn’t be more thankful for each of them and how they are a part of my journey to recovery! If you aren’t doing your physical therapy in Waterboro, you’re sorely missing out ; )

I came in as a wreck and I’m doing so much better. They work on you physically they also work with your mental state. I’ve been very pleased with the staff also the receptionist Valeria she is the best . Chance and Michelle are the best I have come across . When I wanted to give up they pushed me . I thank them for that . I would recommend them to anyone. I’m sad I’m down to one day a week .!Bonnie Griffin
