I saw Dr. Caruso for a surgical procedure and he was very nice and answered all my questions. He told me exactly what was going to happen and the restrictions I would have after the surgery. He and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
I had the surgery and everything went great. I ended up having to return to the office and saw his P.A. Betsy Norton and she was wonderful! Extremely nice and was concerned about my issue and took time to check the incision and make sure everything was okay. She was very easy to talk to and she was able to explain everything to me and I was able to understand exactly what she was saying. I highly recommend Franklin Surgical and Franklin Orthopedic Surgery. I’m very happy with how I was treated and how well I did with the surgery and I am anticipating the same outcome with my upcoming knee replacement surgery.

I saw Dr. Crapser. He’s wonderful! He’s very informative, compassionate and listens well to the patients. Not only is he this way to me the patient, but I love the respect he shows to the nurses and other medical staff! He’s very knowledgeable about my knees and helpful on care. I highly recommend him! I wish more were like him!

First appt with Ortho. Easy check in and no wait time. Very thorough appt. Dr. Craspar was very informative, listened to my concerns and questions and reviewed options for treatment to allow for me to make an informed decision on what course I felt comfortable taking. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Craspar for professionalism, knowledge and listening.
