This was my first time ever going to a gay bar (I’m straight) We were celebrating my friends engaygment 😉 and we went to the Dueling Drag show. It was very funny and entertaining! My friends did karaoke after and the vibes were still equally fun! Drinks were good and the vibe felt very safe and chill!

It was my girlfriend and I’s first time in Ogunquit and we LOVED this bar! Staff were very friendly, drinks were reasonably priced and worth the money. We attended the drag show on Friday night and laughed the entire time! It was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back. They also have karaoke night, a pool table, and a big open dance floor with a DJ playing great music! 10/10 would recommend!

Great views from the upper deck. We came for the Sunday tea dance, but there is no DJ and no dancing. There are also no straight people or bachelorette parties. 😅 Smallish crowd but respectable for the area. I can’t speak to others’ experience but the staff have been friendly, there wasn’t a bouncer at the door, and the vibe is low-key summertime. I’m glad we came.

This is the worst bar ever. The bouncer was rude. And I fell in the parking lot cuz nobody bothered to put salt down. Never coming back. The front porch is so much nicer!

Upon arriving at the heart of Ogunquit Beach from the south, you're greeted by a vibrant array of rainbow decorations that embody the spirit of this delightful town. Known as 'Rainbows City,' it truly serves as the real welcome sign to Ogunquit. Maine Street is always bustling with people enjoying themselves, creating a joyful and lively atmosphere. The friendly environment perfectly captures the essence of this charming town. It's a place that promises fun, warmth, and a sense of community. If you visit Ogunquit, experiencing Rainbows City is an absolute must. Highly recommended!

This was tonight: Male bartender served us as the bar was closing, knowing we had to vacate the bar right away. I bought 3 vodka sodas, one IPA, and one rosé, and they immediately asked us to leave the bar right away. I told them this is rather unethical, and they said they would only charge us for the drinks with no tip. Any bar in the industry would make an announcement about last call, not entrap us to pay for drinks and then expect us to binge drink what we just purchased. This is not only unethical but unhealthy. I asked for a refund, but they said that they couldn't and would just have zero for tip. I didn't sign my receipt, and my friends left the drinks because the the female security wanted is out of the bar because she wanted to go home, which she kept telling the crowd. I will be monitoring my credit card statement to make sure I was not inappropriately charged for this ethical practice. I do not think this type of business practice is legal. This is my second time at this bar as a tourist, and I feel that they take advantage of their patrons. It. Is. Unethical. What. They. Did. I want management to respond and refund me for the purchase that they charged when they lights went up. I will contest these charges with my credit card company.

Such a great time went with my fiancé this past Sunday for karaoke and the staff was great! Host/Dj of the karaoke was funny friendly and you could tell really enjoyed what they do! The bartenders also were very attentive and made drinks perfectly also they were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended green tea shots. Everyone that worked there was super nice and our bartender that night even recommended a great lunch spot for the following day as we were coming from out of town and needed some ideas. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great time and great service!

We were greeted by a security guard who clearly moonlights as a hall monitor. He assumed my friend was intoxicated for reasons only he would know.
Spoiler ALERT: My friend was as sober as a monk at a meditation retreat.
My friend looked stunning, but it seems the bouncer who clearly hadn't seen a good haircut in years, couldn't handle the competition.

We tried to explain this to Paul Blart 2.0... but he must have skipped the day they taught listening skills at security guard school. When we asked to speak to a manager, he acted like we were asking him to solve a rubik's cube blindfolded. No manager, no name, just a stubborn wall of refusal.

If you're looking for a place with a security guard who’s more interested in power trips than people skills, this is your spot. Just make sure to bring a sobriety test kit and maybe..... a comb for the guard.
