A great bakery and a sweet surprise to the residents of Jefferson and Jackson County. This is a hidden gem when it comes to desserts and cakes. We have tried their cupcakes, cookies, cakes and the most delicious banana pudding we have ever tried, Hands down the best!!!
All of their products are made just in time, always fresh, with very high quality ingredients and amazing flavors. Their staff is cordial, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful and dedicated team of skilled bakers in our midst. We would highly recommend Mady cakes for all your sweet needs!

"Wow. Just WOW!"... is what everyone will say when they take a bite of anything that comes from this bakery. Truly. We have had a lot of amazing cakes and cupcakes from various bakers around the area but none of them compare to Mady's. The flavors are rich, without being overpowering. The cakes and cupcakes are moist, without being dense and heavy. And somehow they are sweet but not so sweet that after a few bites you think you won't be able to finish your serving. Plus, the ratio of cake to buttercream is perfect. You honestly have to try them and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

I ordered a cake from Mady Cakes Bakery for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. I sent a picture of what I had in mind beforehand and it came out perfect. I ordered the funfetti flavor, and it was delicious. It received lots of compliments at the party on how cute and good it was. My mom picked up the cake and also said the ladies who worked there were very nice. Will definitely order from here again.

Literally some of the best cupcakes I have ever eaten! The icing isn’t too sweet and the cake is perfect! And the bars that they make are incredible! You can tell that she pours her heart into every item that she bakes❤️ highly recommend!

Never had a bad item from here. The BEST cakes and pies! Oh! And the cinnamon rolls (both regular and banana pudding!!) all of the food here is great and fun. A wonderful local, fun, and tasty spot.

The best bakery in town!
I try to get something from the case every few weeks to support small business and I'm never disappointed. We've also purchased a couple pre-order cakes that turned out wonderfully!
The oatmeal pies are awesome and they make a great spice cake!
