you can tell the woman in magistrate office really hates her life. unprofessionalism at its finest. a bunch in irl nobodies that get a rise of the misuse of authority because it’s the only time they ever feel like someone. we’re all just trying to make it these days kindness and consideration can go a long way. you age horribly all bitter, it’s prevalent.

I called 2 different times today to ask about license renewal and the woman answering the phone failed to inform me that the renewal office is no longer located in the courthouse. I wasted a trip and parking money to be told that when I got inside. They need better communication with people because now I don’t have time to renew my license which expires today.

Family court is a joke and Judge Mann is the joker it's time for him to go. Judge Mann makes emotional decisions based on how he feels instead of logical decisions. I question his ethics and legal practices. Take precautions when you deal with this clown. His court room is a circus.

I want to complain!!! The handicap ramp is no where near the door to enter. What about us that can’t walk so far, it has to be a violation to handicap laws. I will be checking. Totally unacceptable !!!

I received a ticket for driving on expired tags. 1 yr ago, when I was SUPPOSE to be renewing my tags and taking care of life’s little duties, just like normal citizens do every day of the week. I was being kicked out of my home that I had been living in for the past 2 yrs by my PSYCHOLOGICALLY CHALLENGED “best friend of over 20yrs. As a 100% unemployable Navy Veteran my finances are limiting to say the least. I got my tags renewed the very first Monday after receiving the ticket on Sat. I did not pay my ticket early becuz it took me 3 mnths to save the extra money out of my strained budget. I went to court in my appt date. My name was called up to a table, before the judge had entered the room, and told my ticket had been dismissed!!!!!!! Thus saving me from paying the ADDITIONAL $200 for restitution AND court fees. Everyone was friendly and polite. Although I can NOT think of any reason I would want to visit the Madison Co. Court House again. My experience was surprising and very low stress!

AWFUL! Steer clear of this place. There is a free one-way shuttle service, but the seats are uncomfortable. Upon arrival, they take a photo of you for their Instagram page. Not the most welcoming place I have ever visited. The bed in breakfast was well under par.

This message goes out to any citizen who has dealt with the following two Judges: , J.Smith and C. Comer. If you have strong evidence, that they abused their authority as Judges and misused the law with your case. Please note...These Two Judges are under investigation with "The Judicial Inquiry Commission"for questionable practice and illegal activity while on or away from the bench. The Judicial Inquiry Commission, investigates complaints filed by individuals who were innocent, but were injured by the lack of procedure to uphold the law in a legal manner. If foul play has occurred. I strongly suggest you stand up for your rights. Research the state statutes, that pertain to your case. Together we can defend, "The Constitutional Rights". Together we can send a message loud and clear, that we together, as a society will be proactive in seeking Justice against the criminals who received a law degree before they received a rap sheet. Be a dignified member of society and show the Judicial system they will not get away with violation of our civil rights or our Constitutional Rights without facing repercussions.

Some Judges, Not all... have been allowed to bully, intimidate and humiliate citizens who stand before them. Judges or Attorneys are not above the Law. I realize recently certain political candidates have been allowed to lie under oath and failed to perform their duty to honor, serve and protect this country. Let's not allow the very same to happen in the lower levels of the law. Not all Judges are bad, not all attorneys are bad. I believe in the system of law. It is not the laws ,that are the issue or problem here, it is the ones hired to uphold the law, that in some cases have abused or simply failed to perform and honor the oath that was given to them, when they became representatives of The Court for society. We must be steadfast in actively removing the louses of the system. We require to have honesty, dignity and fairness in the system of Law. Please see case# DR 2013-38.01 to discover what goes on behind the scenes of real criminals, within the Judicial system of Alabama. Also if your Attorney injured you.... Complaints can be filed with The Alabama Bar Association. Let's bring justice back to life!

It's ok as far as courthouses go. I hate the stairs. And I'm not exactly sure if there is an easy way for handicapped people to get up and down from the street to the door. I imagine there would be, however I didn't see one that I can remember.
