The location was in perfect vicinity to our 12-hour work days. But the ladies working there while sitting outside on stools in the parking lot were extremely rude and spoke in a racist demeanor. They didn’t want us to use two parking spots even though we paid for two rooms. We are here thru FEMA trying yo help this community get back to normalcy but it’s difficult when the only place available kicks 5 of our workers out because they didn’t want one truck with a trailer full of equipment in the parking lot. The men made sure to not take any more space than we paid for and made sure to be out of the way but like I said very racially motivated the women was and she made sure we left before even getting settled in. Never again will anyone from our very large network of employees stay here. They will travel the extra 40 minutes to be treated with respect. It’s a shame too bc this establishment would have had plenty of business from this crew.

Since this was supposedly the nicest of the two hotels in the little town. The night I checked in the service was wonderful Ms. Vay was wonderful polite made me feel at home she was wonderful. The room itself was decent but there was a smashed stink bug on the wall the sheets are very and I mean very low quality, pillows entirely to soft or too lumpy. Did not get a good nights sleep at all. The morning finally came, thank God; the family was packing up and taking photos before going back to their perspective homes, now mind you I am on crutches with a broken foot, the OWNER of the facility made me move get up from my seat in a no parking zone so she could park her car Illegally. Extremely unacceptable I did not want to stay there in the first place but I wanted to stay where the family is staying. Believe I will never stay here ever again I rather stay 30 min away. So upset about how I was treated as a paying customer after a horrible nights sleep. Stay away from this place stay at an actual hotel who appreciates the people who stays there. The Louisville motor lodge don’t care about their customers.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very nice. We even had a tree frog 🐸 visit in the shower. Lol. It's next door to Huddle House, which is very convenient. We had a nice stay.

Regular hotel room with decent beds. The reason for the two stars is the bathroom. The bathroom is ridiculously small. I didn't think bathrooms came in this size. Apparently they do, and it is small. Too small for comfort. It also wasn't the cleanest hotel I've stayed at. Probably the worst smelling. The 10 channels on the television didn't help. For a city with two hotels, it works. There's a Huddle House next door with overly lackadaisical staff.

It isn't the Holiday Inn or Hilton, but is clean, roomy and very friendly staff. You would have to stay in Augusta for better accommodations. The price is reasonable, as well. Stayed there twice now. Happy both times.

After traveling for a bit I thought I was going to relax in a decent place. When I arrived the tv didn’t work and there was no hot water all night. I don’t understand how anyone could be comfortable staying in a place where nothing works.

Lady at desk was friendly, beds and pillows are totally decent, very clean, looks like new carpet, fridge is cold. We stopped two other places before this. Probably the nicest in a 20 mile radius.
