Good ol’ bait and switch. They have a sign that claims they have a $16.03 early bird special if you enter between 6a-9a and exit by 7p. I entered at 830a and exited at 533p when I scanned my ticket I was being charged $19, asked the attendant why is that and he told me it’s taxes. Last time I checked NJ’s taxes are 6.625% which would make the charge $17.09. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. Don’t try to get over on ppl, either you have the special or you don’t. I won’t be back

Be careful if you park here. I used an app called SpotHero to book and prepay for a spot here. According to the app, I was supposed to get a ticket upon entry, and then show the cashier my prepaid reservation. Unfortunately I lost the little ticket I got upon entry. After explaining the situation, and showing the cashier my prepaid receipt, the cashier insisted on me paying $270 because he said he could not be sure if I had parked there for a month or just earlier that day. I was shocked and pointed to a security camera and told him to check for my car around 1pm. At that point, he pretended he could not understand English. The cashier was an elderly Hispanic man. I asked to speak to his manager. He said he had no manager, and that I had to pay him the $270 in cash. Thankfully, I saw the sign for Little Man Parking in front of the garage. So I googled and called customer service for Little Man Parking, and was able to reach someone who then spoke with her supervisor and called me back in five minutes. Her supervisor said I was good to go and then called the cashier to tell him to open the gate to let me go. The cashier seemed visibly angry and kept arguing with the supervisor. Finally, he grumpily agreed yo open the gate to let my car go. The weird thing was, when I showed him my reservation again to explain that although I booked it from noon to 5pm, I didn’t get there until 1pm. He said “yeah, I know.” So he knew the whole time but tried to get me to pay him $270 in cash to let me out.

This whole fiasco lasted about 30 minutes and was extremely stressful because I felt trapped. I could have sued this company for forced confinement. Looking at the most recent reviews, it looks like they tried to do something similar to another customer. So please be careful and avoid using this garage.

Paid online to reserve a spot. You pay by license plate, which is apparently completely irrelevant. I was back in plenty of time but lost my parking ticket. They made me pay for a whole day in addition to the time I had already paid online so that I could leave. Never again for this place or the online trap they use.

Ive done rooftop M-F and 3rd floor 24 hour monthly parking. I'd say they have fair rates and this garage is cheaper than other lots around the EP path area. The place is sufficiently maintained and they are currently going through renovations like painting. The policies can be a little strict but the manager is polite & respectful, plus he's always happy to help out when there's an issue. I can't speak for the other staff members but he greets me in the morning and he graciously returned my ID when it fell on the floor near my car spot the day before.

For MONTHLY customers:
They are usually understanding if you forget to make a payment on time (as long as you pay) and I rarely have issues with my keycard. They manage the snow, bad weather and overcrowding pretty well. As a monthly customer I've never been turned away and unable to park, even if the lot looks full, they will valet your car and find room somewhere to accommodate your vehicle. They also assisted me and provided me with a guest pass when I needed to temporarily park an alternate car than the one I have registered with them.

Had some issues with the night staff when I did the monthly rooftop parking special (M-F). I ended up staying past the 5am-8pm time limit a few times and had to pay extra and it always took forever but I've since switched to the indoor 24 hr parking. 3rd floor (indoor) spots are not guaranteed, even for a monthly customer like myself, so I oftentimes have to park on the roof, which sucks but it really depends on the day. If you want an indoor reserved spot you obviously have to pay more and there could possibly be a waiting list depending on when.

Good and safe. Reasonable prices. I normally get validated parking from my physical therapist. I can normally find a spot on the ground level, unless I come before 4 then it can be near impossible to find a spot. Workers are nice. One guy can be a bit intense but he is very well meaning.

Just don’t park here! Whatever chargers they mention will double it while checking out your car, and if you insist on paying the actual amount, you have to wait an hour or so for a supervisor to approve it.
