Honestly if I could give 0 stars, I would. All of the staff are insanely rude. I came by a bit ago to pick up a paper copy of the passport application. I had a simple question about the application, and they told me I would need an appointment for any questions about the form. First off, very odd. I could understand if I was processing the application, I would need an appointment, but since I was not doing so-it didn’t seem like that big of a deal. Some time passes by, I call to schedule my appointment. They won’t answer the phones. No holidays and i’m calling during the working hours. When I go up to the place to schedule said appointment, they tell me I can only do so via phone call. I continue trying to call. No answers. At this point i’ve called 11 times. I call different departments, hoping they would answer and could transfer me directly to a passport agency member line. No answer. Like come on. 😐 Are yall just being paid to sit on your @ss and do nothing How hard is your job that you can’t answer one, out of 11, phone calls. Terrible customer service and extremely rude.

Needed passport information, selected from the option on the phone and it rang for 5 minutes before I hung up. I called back about 15 minutes later but decided to press 0 to speak with an operator. As I’m typing this It’s been ringing for 10 minutes..

Passport office is useless. Tried calling for an appointment numerous times of the course of 2 months. No one ever answered. I walked in and they said I would have to make an appointment, despite the completely empty waiting room.

I an so tired of calling down to the Passport section and no one answers the phone! We are give a number for assistance yet NO ONE answers the phone! I should NOT have to drive down to the courthouse just to make an appointment! I have a job and I have to deal with up to 30 people at once! At NO time to I have to the right to refuse service they are entitled to because I'm to busy! If they need help with answering the phones they need to hire someone! This is ridiculous, unacceptable and unprofessional!!!

The want your money and don't want to break you down, in the legal system. This was the best court/prosecutors I ever seen. Dropped all my charges that was a misdemeanor traffic just had to pay fine.. These people commenting don't know what the got for real for real. Come too my state NC Duplin County you'll see hell fire put down on you. This is why this town growing and others dying out other towns/ city's have alot too learn from them.

Nobody ever answers the phone at the passport place, you have to physically go up there to ask a question. Why do they even have a phone. Hinesville collects millions every month from soldiers yet they can't hire a receptionist.

After reading some of the reviews I was worried about going in this morning. My daughter and I when in to get her passport. In 10 mins we were out the door, the staff where helpful and very friendly. If you need to get a passport and don’t want to wait on the post office go see them👍

Building is nice but wish while planning court they considered the amount of people and witnesses so that it won't be so crowded that you cannot sit in with the victim or accused as you are probably their support system and a big part of the need for case and person.
