I called after going in 2 weeks ago. The people here are so horrible my case was closed because I apparently uploaded something wrong but I wasn't given notice of this and they say it's not their job to let me know if I have done something wrong. The lady on the phone wouldnt let me finish a sentence without cutting me off and laughed at me when i tried to continue what i was saying so I caught an attitude and hung up only to recieve a call back immediately so I answered and asked if they wanted to laugh at me some more but the supervisor was also rude asf. The point they made to me is there's nothing I can do about my closed case and I have to reapply so now because of something that could have been corrected with a little bit of communication on their part me and my family have to struggle. If someone is looking to move to liberty county but you know you will require benefits I would look elsewhere because of this specifically. I mean it's disgusting really if I could leave less than 1 star i would. They need a revamp of the whole staff.

Workers are very rude and have attitude every time I call because they don’t submit my paper work to my case worker nor answer my questions. I’ve never had this problem when I lived in blackshear but Hinesville Dfcs is ridiculous and y’all really show y’all don’t care about people or their families just your paychecks. I have been trying for months and months all year to renew my damn food stamps and every time I go in there and call and do applications some how y’all never have it on file or something happens. It’s literally retarded. Go work somewhere else so people who actually care can work.

This place it’s the worse, try to explain to the lady on the phone something, she didn’t even let me finished speaking . So rude no matters at all.. Feel sorry for there family have to deal with this people all the time.

This is the only place I've ever heard of that will ignore reports of a child being brutally beaten by a parent to the point of having to go to an emergency room. No effort or investigation done at all. You can't even talk to a supervisor either. They just give you their number. They never answer calls and you can't even leave a message.

On a side note, you can report medicade and food stamp fraud, and they will not act.

Located in a blue box in the front of building. Available in Spanish and English. Then drop off in the black box next to it. Only up to 4 people allowed in lobby at a time. Friendly

This has to be the worst place ever. Y'all must be looking for help bc apparently you ain't doing your job calling for 3 days multiple times and still no answer if you don't like your job or can't do it find you something you can do. This office needs to be investigated all government offices answer the phone except this one.

This office makes you wonder what the city (Hinesville) and Liberty County are doing. It feels lik no one works in the building except that one lady at the window with anattitude because she's over worked. The DFCS building is soooo small for a growing population, not to mention military families. The complaints of having to process benefits in surrounding cities, along with delayed applications where they take days to communicated anything to you. They rely way to heavily on the online process causing problems. HUMAN RESOURCES need HUMAN INTERACTIONS. County officials need to be looked into because of this.

DFCS is terribly unprofessional. If you miss an appointment they are quick to cut you off , but when they are supposed to contact you a certain time and date they don’t and you just have to deal with it. My son had a phone appointment 11/21 here is it 11/23 and no one has called to completed his snap application. They need to either get a whole new professional staff or close these places down. They don’t care about others and love having this kind of control to do what they want when they want. SMH
