I always have bad experiences with dmv they always so rude or the customer service is awful. I came here during lunch don’t expecting anything I was really expecting just getting turn back. But let me tell you Juan was amazing, super nice and he helped me in every aspect!!! His customer service was impecable thank you so much my day went so easy after your help!

Went to renew tag for 73 vw beetle. Got charged 26.50 cause it was late. NP. Used debit card and have proof. Got phone call it bounced on an account we don't have. Then was told I would be arrested in another day. So I had to get cash, $66.00 big difference from 26.50 to 66.00. I would like 66. Back in cash as I had to pay. Didn't like threatening to be arrested. And an apology PLEASE

Was there on July 5th to update addresses on vehicle registrations, website said they were open, sign on door said they would be open at 8am. Arrived at 11am, were closed all day. Not mad that they took a 4 day weekend, mad at the mis information that was placed out to the public.

Mr. Jamie Sharp was rude and dismissive. He refused to try to find my paperwork and figure out what was going on with it. Fortunately, Mrs. Cadiz (who is wonderful!) was willing to find my paperwork and process the tag for my truck. I ended up having to wait 45 minutes because Mr. Sharp was so unwilling to help me.

The employees here are the nicest individuals I have ever came across. They are quick and you are out of there in a decent timely manner. Keep up the great work. God bless y’all always and forever.🙏🏼😇 Andrea and the other employees are the best. Just be mindful that they have times that are rush hrs and we may get impatient. Especially for the written testing. Simple just learn of the most busiest and packed days and come back on slow and steady days. So you may have a pleasant experience with the staff day doing their best to do what they have to do for us to get what we need done.

Arrived in middle of lunch break. There was no line and less than 5 minute wait. Staff was cheerful, polite, and courteous with professional demeanor. Surprisingly great experience and made me proud of the services provided by my city. Thank you.
