Today, November 20, 2024, (around 5:40 pm) my husband and I stopped by to have my frames adjusted, and I had a fantastic experience. The young woman who assisted us was exceptionally kind, professional, and friendly. She adjusted my new frames perfectly and even took the time to work on my old Tom Ford frames, which now fit much better. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail and her willingness to help.

Additionally, the young man working alongside her was very attentive to our conversation about my husband’s new progressive lenses. He thoughtfully brought over the computer to show her exactly what my husband was referring to, which I found very considerate.

The only issue is that I accidentally left my original nose pads behind. Unfortunately, I realized this after the store had already closed. If you come across my review, I would greatly appreciate it if you could hold onto them—I will stop by to pick them up as soon as possible.

Thank you again for the excellent service. My new frames feel much better!

Doctor and Exam = Excellent. Our Salesperson after the exam was Mauricio and again, Excellent. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. This specific location is a 5, but Lens Crafters as a whole is not quite there yet.
Why not a 5? IMHO, the selection of glasses for men is somewhat limited when compared to those offered to their female customers. Missing for me was a greater selection of spring hinged frames.

Even thought I did not get my eyes checked at LensCrafters, they still provided me the best customer experience and ensured that I was getting the best deal. I had a bit of some trouble finding my eye insurance but they didn't rush me and were able to assist me without feeling rushed. Thank you for that! My glasses got here very fast! I was very pleased with my service.

I went to Lenscrafters because they offer prescriptions for the Ray Ban Meta sunglasses. Barrett helped me with them. He was so great that I decided to go ahead and buy my regular glasses with him as well. The entire staff seemed genuinely happy which says a lot about the company and its management.

Everyone was very helpful and took the time to explain the difference in the progress lenses. Made it much easier to choose the best lens for me. They were not pushy they were there to help me with my decision. Good job gentleman that helped me!!

Bought a pair of glasses here, frame and lenses. Staff are friendly, even with my prescription in hand they attended me fast and my glasses arrived less than a week. Will definitely be coming back to buy more glasses from now on. ?✨️
