Initial move in seemed great. The office staff was nice, and the community looked like a great place to live. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. The construction is nonstop! Morning until evening is just loud noises and people in and out of your yard.
Inspections are very frequent and with little to no notice. Seems like you're in jail with the freedom the staff has to just enter your home.
The houses are poorly built. Wooden patios and hand rails around the home are already splitting and weather damaged.
The amount of putty in the walls is crazy! The builders patched their terrible work all throughout the house. Paint on the floors from rushed paint jobs. Floors are already creaking.
Be careful putting in a maintenance request as well. I was charged almost $3k for a sewage issue. Was never given a bill for it nor provided proof that it was Tenant caused. They waited until I moved out and took it out of my deposit. Now, I'm forced to get an attorney and put a lien on the property until my money is refunded. The new office staff, including the manager, just seem very shady.
My advice is to find a way better community to live in.

Upon move in, we found this community to be quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. If you work remote, I would suggest looking elsewhere. We assumed there would only be a few finishing touches as the neighborhood was mostly built when we moved in a few months ago but now… sidewalks are being redone, the entire pool/volleyball area has been closed for weeks on end, and noise from construction radiates all through working hours.

Dumpsters, rubble, glass, and nails can be found on sidewalks/streets throughout the property. Ongoing inspections where workers are coming in and out of your house, or on top of your house banging on the roof, sometimes with very short notice or no notice at all in our experience. When reaching out to management about these concerns, the response was we can expect more of this and it’s what we signed up for… It’s just a little concerning when access to your front door can be overridden remotely by multiple people.

Not to mention the bugs. These houses are not built well and bugs creep through the gaps. Spiders, millipedes, silverfish, ants, fleas, beetles, crickets, and centipedes have all had their share of the rent.

On a positive note, we have not had any issues with the WiFi, A/C (although it’s very loud), maintenance is quick, and typically, management is pleasant to interact with.

I came to look at houses not too long ago. I’ve recently been looking into town houses and apartment to move into with my soon-to-be roommates. Our tour guide was Nina Inthirath and she was super helpful. She was very attentive towards all of my questions and she made sure that I knew everything about the community and what the neighborhood has to offer. The houses we looked at were very spacious and the neighborhood was very nice and beautiful. The property itself was amazing, the floor plan is very nice and offered so much that my roommates and I were looking for. The Aisle is my favorite so far, the living room was very spacious and my roommates and I love to have guests over so the area seemed perfect for us. We’re currently still looking at places, but this area is definitely at the top of our list. Again, special thanks to Nina, we will most likely come back to tour with her again!

This community is absolutely beautiful! I love the fact that it is tucked away from the every day hustle and bustle. The landscaping is beautiful. The office team is very pleasant and most helpful. Great place to live!

Absolutely one of the worst places to rent unfortunately. Their office staff are horrible, nothing but problems with them lying and changing things as they go along. None stop construction, the workers are rude and throwing trash on lawns, preventing school buses from coming and going to the point they weren’t allowed to enter. Pool was closed the entire summer. Packages were stollen, constantly needing to have maintenance come, ac not working, the list goes on. There are new owners so hopefully it will be a positive change.

We loved this place at first. It was peaceful, quiet and nice. It changed recently though, especially throughout the summer.
Construction was never ending. Pool was closed the entire summer. Couldn’t walk the lake because that was under construction as well. Even now, it is still loud. Good luck enjoying your windows open.. you’ll hear dogs barking at all hours of the day and people outside yelling loud for the entire neighborhood to hear.
Persistent trespassers down at the lake either smoking or just parked and staring for no reason.
The rent prices are absurd for the quality of the homes. Our ceilings are already cracked in multiple places from nail pops showing through. Door frames cracking. The paint throughout the home is cheaply done and you can see the rushed job by the paint spattered everywhere. The paint itself is flat paint that comes off and scrapes with a simple touch. The home designs are so weird and small. Moving in and out is impossible with the tight doorways and hallways. You’ll damage walls that’s for sure.
The amount of times we’ve had to call maintenance is crazy. From electrical issues, breaker issues, HVAC issues, things simply breaking because they’re cheap, doors not even closing correctly, you name it.
Landscaping is horrible. They do not do anything but drive around on a lawnmower while playing on their phones. We had to lock out our water spicket because they continued to turn our water on for some reason and leave it dripping .

We really thought we’d love this community for years to come but that wasn’t the case unfortunately.

- I do have to say the new company is extremely nicer than the previous. They are not as up in the neighborhood’s business as the previous.
We broke lease due to buying a home and the office staff were pleasant through the entire situation. I think the new company can implement the change that was needed and help the neighborhood feel more like a home than a nosey prison.

Our family just moved in on the 1st of May 2023. Nina has been with us since we first toured the community. She has been extremely kind and helpful through the whole process of transferring from our old home to this one. This community is clean and well maintained. The homes are spacious and have lots of storage. The rent is extremely affordable for what they offer and provide. The homes are well built and we are excited for the new pool this summer. The kids enjoy fishing at the lake in the front of the community. Once we moved in, Nina and Cody have been very attentive to our families needs. Their customer service is unmatched to my experience. We look forward to making new memories while leasing this property.

This is a very nice community for home rentals. The floor plans are well laid out. The houses seem to be of good build quality. I'm very glad for the laminate flooring throughout. I was also very happy to see they have fenced in yards and a surprisingly good bit of storage space available. The location fits my needs, as does the value of the rental price vs living space. My kids were happy to find out there will be a pool available this summer. To top it all off, Nina was great with communication, answering all of my questions promptly. My current rental home and agency leave a lot to be desired after my experience here. It was an easy decision for me to sign a lease. I am very much looking forward to moving in soon.
