No es agrabable los empleados son muy antipaticos el servicio de alimentos se tarda demasiado y las lineas no tienen aceite las bolas no corren no lo recomendaria muy mal servicio y lastima por que era un buen lugar familiar

Bowling was fine, HOWEVER, when checking bank statements from last month I noticed there was a $6.00 charge from here. I ordered 1 coke (fountain soda) from the bar (no alcohol!) and it was $2.75. I remember it vividly. The bartender CLEARLY added a tip when I didn’t tip her - I put a 0 on the tip line with a line through it. I called and whoever answered said “sorry, don’t know what to tell you” when I asked how to resolve the issue. If I was going to tip, why would I tip $3.25 for a $2.75 drink? I suggest you check your bank statements thoroughly if you plan on coming here (especially if you’re going to order from the bar).

This bowling alley is expensive and the man who had earrings in his face (I think nose but but any just ears) was extremely rude and thought he was better then everyone because he worked there. Very condescending! Won’t be unless he’s gone. This was a day that wasn’t even busy.

We are a family of six and had two lanes, three players each lane. About a few frames in we realized one of the lanes was skipping the first turn for each player therefore skewing he scores. Then it started doing the same thing on the other lane about half way through. I asked for a courtesy game for one lane and was denied. The staff apologized for the inconvenience, but said there was no way to give a courtesy game. They said that the lanes and equipment are from the 70's so everyone has to just deal with it until they upgrade.

Called about open bowling, spoke to Frank, he was extremely rude. Very disheartening as we go on Sundays OFTEN to bowl. Been treated VERY POORLY the past 2 times. We will look for a new place to bowl. Sad as we have hosted a few parties here as well. Sad to see such a great establishment going down hill.

For her first time bowling, she did great..

I had the worst experience ever! My friends and I were in town for a birthday and decided to go bowling. Mind you we called before going and they said come at 430pm to bowl. We arrived at 430pm. They told us, we had to wait and hour and a half to bowl due to a bowling league. However, there was no bowling league there. We decided to wait. To pass the time, We decided to play darts. We were never greeted or assisted in the darts/bar area. All the darts were broken. We asked the female employee for help and she said she couldn't help us because she had to help other people. We were never asked if we wanted drinks while at the bar area. And we waited about 45 minutes and 15 bowling lanes were still open an unoccupied. Moral of the story is no matter how much money you have or status, people have a way of showing you what color you are.
