Fantastic location, a much more chill vibe than the Disney or Marriott property on either side. The kitchens and BBQ units make this easier to afford if you do a little planning and pick up groceries in Kapolei. The lagoons were nice and #2 where beach villas is located seemed the least busy as well.

하와이로 가족여행을 갔습니다. 6박을 묵었는데, 와이키키의 리조트보다 좀더 프라이빗한 콘도를 찾아 에어비앤비에서 예약했습니다. 6명의 가족과 묵기에 방3개라 충분했습니다. 전자렌지, 세탁기, 건조기, 냉장고 등 일반 가정에 존재하는 모든 가전가구가 있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소 내에 2개의 수영장이 있었고 BBQ 그릴도 있어서 좋았습니다. 프라이빗한 바다는 말할수 없이 좋은 풍경과 여유를 제공했습니다. 다음에 또다시 하와이를 방문한다면 KAPOLEI에 위치한 여기 콘도에 다시 오겠습니다.

This was my family’s first time to Hawaii and it did not disappoint! While expensive, staying here was so incredible! The room was nice and clean, the pool and walking paths as well! Everything about it was luxury and we are thankful this place had us for a week!

The quiet pool and hot tub are the best, very nice for sure!

Easy access to the beach and the lagoon, the lagoon is also very nice, great to lay out in the sun and also to go swimming!! The sand in the lagoon is amazing, and definitely recommend to do so!! 😁

Also a bar you can get some food and drinks at and then some live music at night.

Overall a great stay!!

That said, this spot is really not close to anything so you may need to plan a Target trip and stock up on groceries, drinks for awhile! Make sure not to get stuck in the Honolulu traffic during the week, traffic is absolutely horrific!!!

I will definitely try my hardest to get back here someday! Very spendy but very worth it!!

Traumhafte Location!!!! Wer weg will vom Trubel in Waikiki, eine Lagune direkt vor der Haustür, ist hier genau richtig. Nach Honolulu ist es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. An die Ostküste nach Haleiwa ca. 50 Minuten. In Kapolei , ca. 10 Min. , ist alles an Infrastruktur, was man braucht.

We had a great time, our condo was perfect for a party of 6. We enjoyed the pools and lounging in the sun. The bar served good quick bites and drinks. The lagoon was not busy and we had plenty of space to enjoy the beach and water. Easy walk to Disney Aulani for the Dole Whips or to the nearby shopping and entertainment. Overall the area was quiet and not nearly as crowded as the Waikiki area.

The rooms, the beach and the view are all great, but there are several factors as to why I gave it a mediocre rating.

Parking was atrocious. They gave me a spot that would have been perfect for a compact car. I had a large SUV. I parked cars on car lots and as a valet driver when I was younger, so I managed but it was very challenging. They offered to give me a different parking spot... If I paid a $55 fee!

The pools should be heated in the winter time. One pool was heated, but it is "the quiet pool" and is reserved for lap swimming. For a place that bills itself as "family friendly" why is the only heated pool the one where you don't want the kids to be swimming?

Some of the staff were not always polite and it felt like it was a huge inconvenience to ask them for anything. I do feel like I should mention one particular staff member who was wonderful: the gentleman who brings out the fish food every morning - his name is George - truly exemplifies the aloha spirit. He is so kind and he did he job so enthusiastically. The koi feeding experience was wonderful and having him facilitate it really took it to the next level. This would be a 4 star review if they staffed the entire resort with people like George.

Overall this is a very beautiful resort, but I feel like it was a little lacking considering the exorbitant price to stay here.
